Chelsea Transfer News: Willian Responds to PSG Talk, Latest Blues Rumours
Chelsea playmaker Willian has spoken of his desire to retire at Stamford Bridge amid speculation Paris Saint-Germain are interested in him.
According to the Mirror's Darren Lewis, despite the links with the Ligue 1 champions, the Brazilian said:
"I read some things in the press on this topic but personally, I never received a concrete offer from PSG.
My family feels good in London and I love the Premier League, which is the best in the world.
I am growing in a team that plays beautiful football, something which is important in my eyes.
For all of these reasons, I intend to see out my contract—and perhaps even extend it if Chelsea offer me the chance. It would be a privilege to finish my career at a club as big as Chelsea.

Willian, who netted for his national side in their 2-0 win over Venezuela on Tuesday, was among the Blues' better performers amid a disappointing campaign for Chelsea last year.
He has started this season strongly, as demonstrated by Squawka Football:
The winger has particularly stood out for his incisive passing, per WhoScored.com:
While he is perhaps not as spectacular as team-mate Eden Hazard, the 27-year-old is a skilful and creative player in his own right who provides a threat for the Blues down the right flank and can also fill in as a No. 10 when required.
Football journalist Dan Levene hailed his sublime strike against Hull City, when he coolly curled the ball into the top corner:
Along with his deadly accuracy from set pieces, Willian is also known for his impressive work rate, which makes him a valuable asset to the team—his commitment to the Blues will undoubtedly come as welcome news to the Stamford Bridge faithful.
Meanwhile, according to the Sun's Antony Kastrinakis, Chelsea will need "at least £50 million" if they're to prise Alessio Romagnoli away from AC Milan in January.

Kastrinakis added that the Blues submitted multiple offers for him in the summer up to £35 million, but they were unsuccessful in landing him.
The 21-year-old is among the brightest young prospects at Milan, who have become a shadow of their former selves in recent years.
Per Gianluca Di Marzio's David Amoyal, the centre-back is still developing his game:
Nevertheless, he is already impressing in Serie A—especially last season, per WhoScored.com:
While the fee is significant for someone of his age, it's reflective of the current market, in which Manchester City bought John Stones for a similar price. Milan could really do with keeping him and seeing him become a key player as they look to rebuild themselves into title challengers.
Chelsea have already conceded nine goals in seven games this season, and it's clear they're in desperate need of new personnel at the back. However, bringing in the players they need will require serious investment.
