New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. has been hit with a fine from the NFL for his unsportsmanlike conduct penalty on Minnesota Vikings cornerback Xavier Rhodes on Monday night.

Beckham's actions all season have led to weeks of discussion about his temperament on the football field.
Giants head coach Ben McAdoo said during a conference call two weeks ago that Beckham needs to rein in his behavior during games.
"He needs to control his emotions better and become less of a distraction to himself and to his teammates," McAdoo said, per USA Today's Lorenzo Reyes. "It's our job to help him with that process and maturing."
After Monday's game, Beckham told reporters he feels he's being targeted by the referees and league no matter what he does.
"I just have to understand if I sneeze the wrong way, it'll be a flag, it'll be a fine," Beckham said, per Jon Krawczynski of the Associated Press. "If I tie my shoe the wrong way, it might be a fine or a flag. It is what it is. You have to understand that."
Last year, the NFL suspended Beckham for one game after he was called for three personal fouls against the Carolina Panthers, including delivering a helmet-to-helmet hit to cornerback Josh Norman.
The Giants are off to a 2-2 start this season heading into Sunday's game against the Green Bay Packers. Beckham is going to be a key piece of New York's success if the team makes a run for the playoffs, so long as he can find a way to keep his passion in check.
