The Colombia international was brought to Stamford Bridge in February 2015 and struggled to fit in under former manager Jose Mourinho, but it doesn't appear as though current boss Antonio Conte has plans for the player, either.
Fabrizio Romano of the Guardianย provided further context on just how much Juve will pay to bring Cuadrado back to Turin:
Cuadrado spent last season with the Turin side and made 40 appearances across all competitions, and it appears his contributions were enough to impress manager Massimiliano Allegri.
David Amoyal,ย translator for Gianluca Di Marzio, elaborated on the kind of qualities he'll bring back to his former stamping ground:
The 28-year-old has only made 13 Premier League appearances more than 18 months after moving to Stamford Bridge from Fiorentina, but it appears Serie A is where the player feels most comfortable.
After a busy summer of spending, Milanese journalist Tancredi Palmeri argued Juventus' prospects have undergone a major transformation this summer and expectations are high:
The champions of the Italian top flight will hope Cuadrado's second arrival in Turin can again signal the beginning of another successful season under Allegri.
The Colombian will have another chance to sparkle with a side that can offer better first-team guarantees, with the only question remaining as to whether Conte will live to regret his decision to let the player leave.
