Wednesday Recap
Brazil stand on the brink of winning their first-ever Olympic gold medal in football as their men's team thrashed Honduras to reach the final.
Neymar was inspirational as he grabbed a brace, with the Brazilian machine at its artistic best at the Maracana Stadium.
The Barcelona star had the ball in the net within the first minute of play as Honduras' defence collapsed like a pack of cards.

Two strikes by new Manchester City capture Gabriel Jesus gave his country a 3-0 lead at half-time, but it wasn't to be the end of the action.
A fourth from Marquinhos put the result to bed, and Luan added salt to the wound with an easy fifth after a great passing move.
It was left to Neymar to step up to take a last-gasp penalty to complete the rout as the Brazilians charged to the gold-medal contest on home soil.

There was a passing of the torch in the 3000-metre steeplechase as Kipruto became the king of the athletics event at the expense of veteran Kemboi.
Kipruto played second fiddle to the legendary Kemboi at the 2013 and 2015 World Championships but gained his revenge in Rio de Janeiro as he claimed the gold in a new Olympic record.
The United States' Evan Jager was pinned to the eventual champion at the bell, but Kipruto found an extra gear and made his dash for glory.
Jager took the silver in a season's best, but Kemboi was stripped of the bronze for stepping outside of the track, leading to a disqualification.
Kemboi announced his retirement after the race after a glorious career at the highest level.

In other news, Great Britain's Mo Farah qualified from the first 5000 metres heat but only after a surviving a last-lap scare. Farah almost fell after Hassan Mead caught his foot but managed to stay upright. The 33-year-old is unbeaten at major events in the 5000 metres and 10,000 metres since 2011 and retains hope of an Olympic "double-double."
Brazil will experience an emotional final against Germany after being humiliated by the Europeans in the 2014 World Cup.
Neymar will be central to the plans of revenge as the hosts take a shot at football redemption against the ruthless German machine.
