Group B surprise package Peru attempt to keep their winning luck on track as they face a talented Colombia at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on Friday.
The Peruvians are rank outsiders to progress against Los Cafeteros, but they contributed to Brazil's shock exit and Dunga's sacking.
The Colombians are second favourites at 13-2 to win the tournament outright, but they must first navigate their way past the giant-killers.

Huge Opportunity For Colombia To Win Copa

When Brazil are removed from South American competition, the continent's teams suddenly sit up and take note.
The expanded version of the Copa in the United States has seen a set of less fashionable teams prevail, and Colombia will feel they have the talent to exploit the remaining field.
Colombia rested a number of stars for their match against Costa Rica and suffered an embarrassing defeat as a result, but when the side have their best talents on show, they are one of the greatest teams on the planet.

Peru are as long as 70-1 to win the Copa despite making their way out of the group stage, and a win against the Colombians would be one of the competition's greatest shocks.
James Rodriguez has looked in fine fettle in recent weeks despite a lack of game time for Real Madrid last term, and he will be the main protagonist when the sides clash in East Rutherford.
The 24-year-old Galactico has spent plenty of time on the sidelines in 2015-16, but he managed to score seven goals and provide eight assists in 26 La Liga appearances, according to WhoScored.com.

Tim Vickery of ESPN FC highlighted Peru beat Colombia at the Copa in 2011, but he doesn't believe lightning will strike twice because of James' influence:
"Three of the players from that Peruvian defensive unit will be in action in East Rutherford: right-back Renzo Revoredo and the centre-back combination of Cristian Ramos and Alberto Rodriguez. Behind them, Pedro Gallese has developed into an athletic, impressive goalkeeper. So could history repeat itself? Might Peru frustrate Colombia once more and qualify for their third consecutive Copa semifinal?
There is, though, a significant difference between Colombia then and now—and that difference is James Rodriguez. The 2011 team lacked that spark of attacking midfield creativity that opens up the defence and brings the strikers into the game. Rodriguez was not at the Copa; instead he was about to lead the Colombian challenge on home ground at the Under-20 World Cup. Straight after that tournament he was introduced into the senior side, and suddenly Colombia were a different team.
"

Despite being ranked above current world champions Germany in the recent FIFA rankings—now third behind Argentina and Belgium—Colombia have often flattered to deceive.
They need to take the next step at a major tournament, as Chile did in the last edition of the Copa, and win a major prize.
Brazil's exit leaves an opportunity open in the closing matches of the tournament, but with Argentina in lethal form, a final-four berth might be a more realistic target.
Reigning champions Chile are a year older and not as dangerous as 12 months ago, but with Alexis Sanchez in their ranks with Arturo Vidal, they could cause a surprise and progress once more.
Peru's surprise win against Brazil has offered the Colombians an easier task of reaching the semis, and their opponents on Friday do not have the steel to deal with James.
However, if the Real player does not produce his best and allows the Peruvian defensive unit to sit deep, a further Copa shock might be on the cards, just as it was in 2011.
