NBA Finals 2016: Warriors vs. Cavaliers Game 6 TV Schedule, Live Stream and Odds
The Golden State Warriors had the chance to win the NBA Finals in five games Monday night, but that just wasn't the way it was supposed to happen.
This—Game 6—just feels right.
Why?
First, Draymond Green is back for the Warriors. If Golden State had won Game 5 and eliminated the Cleveland Cavaliers, Green wouldn't have been a part of it, and given his unreal season, that would have been a shame.
Second, on the Cleveland Cavaliers side, NBA fans have to be excited for Game 6, because it's another opportunity for LeBron James and Kyrie Irving to play out of their minds again.
In Game 5, each put up 41 points. As ESPN Stats & Info pointed out, they became the first pair of teammates in NBA Finals history to score at least 40 points in a game:
Needless to say, there's a lot of excitement for Game 6.

The Cavs are getting hot at just the right time as they head back home to Quicken Loans Arena.
Cleveland is 8-1 at home this postseason, outscoring opponents by an average of 18.4 points (110.7-92.3) and shooting .497 from the field, per NBA.com.
In Game 5, Cleveland shot .530 from the field to force a Game 6, outscoring the Warriors 112-97.
Per NBA.com, Cleveland is undefeated (14-0) this postseason when scoring 100-plus points.
Needless to say, Golden State will want to prevent James and Irving from combining for 82 points again.
The Warriors look to get a boost from the return of Green. However, it's something of a trade-off, as the star forward's return is mitigated by the loss of starting center Andrew Bogut for Game 6 and, if applicable, Game 7, as NBA.com's David Aldridge reported:
There might be a possible silver lining to the news: As Tim Kawakami of the Mercury News points out, the Warriors went 9-1 in the regular season without Bogut.
Of course, Game 6 against the hot Cavaliers is no February ballgame, so the Warriors will still have their work cut out for them.
The outcome of this series remains up for grabs, as the slight odds in Golden State's favor indicate.
