Preakness 2016: Post Time, Post Positions and Full TV Coverage Info
There won't be 20 horses running in this race. That should bode well for Nyquist's Triple Crown chances heading into Saturday's 141st running of the Preakness.
The Kentucky Derby winner is a runaway 4-7 favorite in Baltimore this Saturday in the 11-horse field. It took a last-second effort for Nyquist to break away from the rest of the pack at the Kentucky Derby, but his chances are greater this time around.
Here's all the information you'll need to get ready for the Preakness.

Keep An Eye on Collected
If the Derby and Preakness are any indication for what's to come Saturday, Nyquist and Exaggerator will be the first two horses to cross the finish line.
That leaves out one very important aspect of this race: Who comes in show?
Stradivari and Collected are Nos. 3 and 4 on the odds ladder with a huge fall afterwards. The top four favorites in the Derby finished 1-4. Based on the information provided from the sports book, that should be expected on Saturday.
This time, there will be a swap. Collected looks primed for a top-three finish.

Saturday will mark the first time since April 16 that Collected will race, but the horse is coming in with a good amount of momentum on his side. Collected has finished first in three of his last four races, with that fourth being a fourth-place finish at the Southwest Stakes.
The trainer of Collected, Bob Baffert, knows what it's like to be in a Triple-Crown-winning position. He was the trainer of American Pharoah last year, but he is now on the other side as a spectator to what could complete two-thirds of history.
"Last year we were the headliner," Baffert said, per Mike Farrell of NBC New York. "Now we're the opening act."
The task is not an easy one for Collected, looking to hand Nyquist his first loss. Baffert understands how difficult it will be to derail Nyquist's attempt at history.
"[Nyquist is] going to be tough to beat," Baffert said, per Farrell. "The only way we can beat him is either he doesn't bring his A Game, or there's some racing luck."
At least he's being honest. It'll take an ounce of luck and perfect racing for anyone to dethrone Nyquist, but Collected is a horse that's shown enough the last couple of months to win. If there's any horse to give a charge to the top of the pack, or at least come in third, it'll be Collected.
