Xavier associate athletic director for communications Tom Eiser released a statement about the situation, per the Cincinnati Enquirer: "We have been made aware of this situation, and we're working to collect all the facts."
The court documents state there were several people inside the bar, R.P. McMurphy's Irish Pub, who say they witnessed Macura's actions, according to the report.
WLWT added a complaint filed shows the player gave an officer an ID with the name "Myles Fox Morrissey."
The 20-year-old guard recently finished his second season with the Musketeers. He averaged 9.4 points, 2.6 rebounds and 2.0 assists while shooting 47 percent from the field, including 35.6 percent from beyond the arc, in 34 games.
Xavier earned a No. 2 seed in the NCAA tournament, but it was upset in the second round by Wisconsin after a victory over Weber State. Macura appeared in both contests, scoring a combined 12 points on 5-of-9 shooting.
No further details about the alleged incident were immediately released. It's unclear what type of punishment Macura could face as he awaits his arraignment hearing.
