Greene has appeared in 30 games for Kansas this year. He's averaging 5.4 points and 2.1 rebounds in 12.4 minutes per contest. The junior played in each of the Jayhawks' first two NCAA tournament games but failed to register a made basket.

Head coach Bill Self could look to sophomore guard Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk, who scored 23 points in the first round against Austin Peay, to play more minutes off the bench Thursday night.
