Chelsea Transfer News: Huge James Rodriguez, Eden Hazard Swap Rumours
Real Madrid are reportedly prepared to offer James Rodriguez to Chelsea in order to get Eden Hazard heading the other way.
That's according to an exclusive from Antony Kastrinakis in the Sun, who reported Los Blancos are prepared to swap the Colombian for the Belgian due to Rodriguez's poor form this season.
With Hazard also enduring a disappointing campaign, "Madrid officials believe it could be a deal that suits everyone."

The story made the newspaper's back page, as revealed by the BBC's Nick Sutton:
Hazard's torrid season has been well-documented and is particularly surprising after his excellent campaign last season fired Chelsea to the Premier League title and earned him the Player of the Year award.
Prior to Chelsea's 5-1 rout of Manchester City in the FA Cup—in which Hazard scored just his second goal of the season—football writer Liam Canning remarked on his poor form:
ESPN's Alex Shaw criticised the Belgian during the Blues' Champions League exit at the hands of PSG—a competition in which he is also enduring a significant goal drought, according to BT Sport Football:
The 25-year-old has also provided eight assists in all competitions but just four have come in the Premier League and only one in Europe.
Meanwhile, Rodriguez has struggled to win over the Madridistas at the Bernabeu and was recently jeered by his own fans, per football journalist Dermot Corrigan:
Indeed, the playmaker has often struggled to take hold of games in the same manner as Mesut Ozil or Angel Di Maria did before him. However, as Corrigan demonstrated, even when not playing well the 24-year-old remains a threat due to his excellent shooting technique:
In 16 fewer appearances and almost half the number of minutes as Hazard, Rodriguez has scored six goals and provided eight assists, mostly in La Liga and the Champions League.
While Chelsea will understandably want to keep Hazard in the hope he'll rediscover his previous form, if they can get a player of Rodriguez's quality in exchange it could be a deal worth accepting, particularly as the latter can still make valuable contributions even when not at his best.
As Kastrinakis noted, both players could be reinvigorated by the move, so in turn both clubs could be set to reap the rewards of their trade.
