The Toffees pulled off a minor shock in downing 2012 winners Chelsea 2-0 on Saturday, and they will head to Wembley with great hopes of going all the way.
The Hornets condemned defending champions Arsenal to their first FA Cup defeat since 2013 on Sunday, ending the Gunners' hopes of winning the famous trophy for a third consecutive year.

The Red Devils' hopes of winning their first FA Cup since 2004 were kept alive when Anthony Martial's late equaliser against West Ham on Sunday forced a replay, via the Sun:
With the Manchester outfit on the brink of being knocked out of the Europa League and unlikely to make the Premier League's top four this season, the FA Cup is manager Louis van Gaal's most realistic chance of garnering something from a poor season.
Crystal Palace are also having a tough time in the English top flight at the moment—they last won a game back in December—but their 2-0 defeat of Reading in the quarter-finals kept their hopes of an FA Cup triumph alive.
Fraizer Campbell and Yohan Cabaye were the men on the scoresheet at the Madejski Stadium, and they will both be vital as manager Alan Pardew's side look to claim a final berth with a win over Watford.
Everton are another side for whom the FA Cup has provided a welcome respite during an otherwise poor season, and their defeat of Chelsea could reportedly have saved manager Roberto Martinez the summer axe, per Bleacher Report's Dean Jones:
The Toffees undoubtedly have the ability to see off West Ham or the Red Devils in the semi-finals, and Martinez has experienced victory in the FA Cup before, having won the tournament with Wigan Athletic in 2013.
The quality remaining in the FA Cup is fantastic, as only Premier League clubs remain.
With Wembley set to host the semi-finals, the games will be huge occasions as four teams are cut to two for the showpiece final in May.
