March 2 Marks 25 Years Since Ryan Giggs Made His Manchester United Debut
Thirteen Premier League titles, four FA Cups and two UEFA Champions League trophies. It all started for Ryan Giggs exactly 25 years ago.
The Manchester United legend made his professional debut for the club on this day in 1991 against Everton.
To celebrate, his club posted a video to Twitter of the 17-year-old making his debut at Old Trafford, a game in which United fell to a 2-0 defeat.

"I can't remember too much of the game, but obviously it was a great moment for me," said Giggs while watching the footage. "I'd been in the squad the week before, but it was totally unexpected.
"We had a few injuries at the time, so I knew I'd be in the squad, but to get on after half an hour was obviously brilliant for me."
"It was a big test, but I think his time had come," Legendary United manager Sir Alex Ferguson said. "It was inevitable that it was going to happen, just picking the moment to do that.
"By his performance in the reserves and the youth team, he was putting himself in the team."
The Welshman went on to represent the Red Devils 963 times in the following 23 years, scoring 168 goals and winning countless team and individual honours.
He's now Louis van Gaal's right-hand man and looks set to play a key managerial role at Old Trafford for years to come.
