Kansas Jayhawks vs. Oklahoma Sooners Betting Odds, Preview, Analysis
The most anticipated rematch of the season will take place in Norman on Saturday when the third-ranked Oklahoma Sooners (20-3) host the sixth-ranked Kansas Jayhawks (20-4) as consensus five-point home favorites at sportsbooks monitored by Odds Shark.
Oklahoma lost the first meeting at Kansas 109-106 in triple overtime as a seven-point road underdog on January 4.
In that game, the Jayhawks were ranked No. 1, and they then went on to split their next six in Big 12 play—going 1-5 against the spread—before winning their last four straight up and ATS. Three of their starters scored 21 or more points against the Sooners, including senior Perry Ellis with a team-high 27 to go along with 13 rebounds.

Oklahoma saw leading scorer Buddy Hield total a career-high 46 points in the losing effort, and he has averaged nearly 25 per game as his team has won five of its last six.
The lone loss during that stretch came against the Kansas State Wildcats last Saturday, with the Sooners falling 80-69 as five-point road favorites. All three of their losses this year have come away from home, where they have won 19 in a row.
On Monday, Oklahoma needed a three-pointer by Hield with 1.3 seconds left to beat the Texas Longhorns 63-60 as 7.5-point home favorites and avoid a second straight defeat.
While the Sooners have not lost at the Lloyd Noble Center since January 10, 2015, versus Kansas State, they have failed to cover the spread in five of their previous seven there.
Kansas has dominated the series with Oklahoma recently, winning 14 of the past 16 meetings SU and going 9-7 ATS in those games according to the Odds Shark College Basketball Database. Both of the two losses happened in Norman, including a 75-73 setback as a six-point road underdog March 7, 2015.
However, the Jayhawks did win 90-83 as six-point road favorites there two years ago, later sweeping the season series with an 83-75 victory as 11-point home chalk on February 24.
The Sooners figure to have the inside track at earning the top seed in the Big 12 Tournament by getting a win here, with their toughest game left on the schedule coming on the road at the 10th-ranked West Virginia Mountaineers on February 20. Oklahoma, Kansas and West Virginia are all currently tied for first in the conference at 8-3.
