
Philadelphia Marathon 2015 Results: Men's and Women's Top Finishers
Teklu Deneke and Gisela Olalde Granados won the Philadelphia Marathon in the men's and women's races, respectively, on Sunday.
The event's Twitter page shared the pair crossing the finish line:
Deneke won rather convincingly, stretching his lead over Abraham Kiprop Rutto to 16 seconds by the race's end down the stretch. John Raneri finished third.

Granados annihilated the field, meanwhile, eclipsing second-place finisher Margaret Vido by over four minutes and third-place finisher Alex Wang by over five minutes.

The streets of Philadelphia were lined with spectators early Sunday to take in the event, per Monique Braxton of NBC 10:

Of course, it wouldn't be a major event in Philadelphia without some Eagles fans making an appearance. One fan took the opportunity to poke fun at the team's starting quarterback, Sam Bradford, as SB Nation shared:
Bradford is out injured for the team's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, with Mark Sanchez starting in his place. Talk about adding insult to injury.
