Chris Johnson, David Johnson's Post-Week 3 Fantasy Advice
The Arizona Cardinals continued their roll to start the 2015 season by lighting up the scoreboard against the NFC West rival San Francisco 49ers in Sunday's Week 3 showdown.
Arizona's backfield of Chris Johnson and David Johnson contributed to the cause. The latter is a rookie out of Northern Iowa who'd generated numerous explosive plays in the first two games, but the 30-year-old Johnson looked to be back in prime form on Sunday.
Check out the final numbers for what will indubitably be labeled by some as the "Johnson and Johnson" backfield along with fantasy outlooks for the Cardinals' top two ball-carriers.

Chris Johnson
Since Johnson was averaging a meager 3.6 yards per carry entering Week 3, it's too premature to say he's worth starting in fantasy all of the time.
The Cardinals' offensive identity figures to still be based around head coach Bruce Arians' vertical passing game, which quarterback Carson Palmer has executed extremely well. A multitude of takeaways set up Arizona for raging success, and the Cards even produced two pick-sixes.
Johnson needs to prove more to merit anything other than flex consideration against a leaky run defense, though his explosiveness on a 40-yard reception is a sign he might be more like the CJ2K of old.
David Johnson

Although Arians has stated Johnson's role will increase as the year goes on, you can't count on the running back right now in any fantasy format. Johnson has undeniable big-play ability, but his touches are too limited to merit an endorsement.
"Each week it'll increase a little bit," said Arians prior to Week 3 of David Johnson, per AZCentral.com's Bob McManaman. "Chris (Johnson) is still the starter. We'll just keep bringing David along. He'll have a vital role every week. How big, we'll wait and see."
Those last words from Arians serve as wisdom fantasy owners should take into account when deciding what to do with Johnson.
For both Johnsons, the health of Andre Ellington will determine how large of a role either of them will play moving forward. The good news is both are producing, so those who own Ellington in fantasy should be patient and wait until he's healthy because it could pay big dividends down the road.
In terms of daily fantasy, though, owners shouldn't place too much faith in either Johnson currently manning the Cardinals backfield.
