Champions League 2015: Live Stream Schedule, Picks for Tuesday Fixtures
Title-holders Barcelona will begin life without Lionel Messi when they host Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen. It's the first test to see how Luis Suarez and Neymar Jr. will fare filling the void left by the world's best player.
Messi's lengthy knee injury is likely to buoy the spirits of a fellow tournament heavyweight such as Bayern Munich. The German giants have all the quality they need to win this year's trophy. A home tie with Dinamo Zagreb, conquerors of Arsenal on the last matchday, will give Bayern another opportunity to show their credentials.
Speaking of Arsenal, the north Londoners need to bounce back from their opening-game shocker in Croatia. Manager Arsene Wenger will know how vital three points at home to Olympiakos can be ahead of a two-match swing against the mighty Munich.

Gunners Must Bounce Back
Arsenal were wretched in Zagreb but have since recovered with impressive wins across different competitions. A 2-1 away win over local rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the Capital One Cup has revitalised the Gunners.
That triumph was followed by thumping Leicester City 5-2 away from home in the Premier League. The latter result was built on a hat-trick from talisman forward Alexis Sanchez.
In the process, Sanchez earned a piece of history across three different leagues, per the UCL official Twitter feed:
Sanchez back on form is bad news for Olympiakos. The Greek side represent familiar opposition for Arsenal at this stage of the tournament, as noted by the competition's official site: "The clubs are in the same group for the fourth time in seven seasons, having also been drawn together in 2009/10, 2011/12 and 2012/13. Each of the six preceding games has been won by the home team."
What would really help Arsenal's cause is a return to the starting 11 for Francis Coquelin. The Gunners' tough-tackling defensive shield has been nursing a knee problem suffered in the 2-0 Premier League loss to Chelsea.
It doesn't help that Mathieu Flamini limped off with a hamstring injury at Leicester. Wenger said he's "hopeful" Coquelin will be available for Champions League action, according to Sky Sports.
Arsenal need Coquelin's defensive nous to provide balance for the forward-thinking flair of Mesut Ozil and Santi Cazorla. If that blend is restored, expect the Sanchez-led Gunners to win at a canter.
Messi-less Barcelona Need a Win
Missing Messi is bad enough, but the holders also need a win in this season's Champions League. They were held 1-1 in Roma last time out.
Now the onus falls on the shoulders of Suarez, a scorer in the Italian capital, and Brazilian Neymar. Both certainly have the ability to fill the void.

Manager Luis Enrique needs to make Suarez a consistent creator for Neymar. Giving the former Liverpool man the freedom to act as a de facto No. 10 would help. That means varying Barca's traditional front three.
Leverkusen's challenge will be wrestling possession away from the usually ball-hungry Barca long enough for their own creative talents to exert an influence. Schemers Julian Brandt and Hakan Calhanoglu can unlock any defence, but they need time on the ball to do it.
So it's anchorman Lars Bender who has the crucial role to play.

Expect Suarez to be on form to outwit the Leverkusen defence more than once in a win that will be closer than the scoreline suggests.
Elsewhere, Chelsea will experience another slip in a season so far littered with them. Manager Jose Mourinho's return to Porto, the club he won this trophy with in 2004, will again see his leaky defence exposed.
Barcelona won't buckle without Messi, at least not just yet. Meanwhile, Arsenal will get their Champions League campaign on track.
The Gunners will need the confidence boost because Bayern Munich will continue to look ominously good.
