Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
The Undertaker and Kane have been linked since the latter character debuted in 1997 as they are storyline brothers. They have been both friends and foes over the years, and they enjoyed a great deal of success together as three-time tag team champions.
They last teamed together along with Daniel Bryan against the Shield in 2013, but their last two-on-two match as partners came back in 2009 against Chris Jericho and the Big Show.
The Undertaker is set to appear in the main event at the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view Oct. 25 in Dallas against Brock Lesnar, so his matches in Mexico will serve as a warm-up.
Kane also recently returned to WWE programming, and while it has yet to be announced, it seems likely he will take on Seth Rollins for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Hell in a Cell.
While only those in attendance will get to see the Brothers of Destruction in action on the Mexican tour, that will undoubtedly be a huge draw since it is such a rare and unique treat at this point in their respective careers.
The fact they're facing Harper and Strowman creates some intrigue as well since the eerie characters of Bray Wyatt's followers should mesh well with Taker and Kane.
Since both the Undertaker and Kane have a history with Wyatt, it isn't totally out of the question that the rivalry with the Wyatt Family could make its way onto WWE programming at some point, provided the matches are successful in Mexico.
