Manchester United Transfer News: Latest on Ander Herrera, James Wilson Rumours
Manchester United are reportedly "willing to facilitate" a move taking Ander Herrera to Valencia.
That's according to Fichajes.net, via Metro's Tom Olver, who notes that a transfer of the Spaniard to Los Che is "believed to be on the horizon."
A transfer for Herrera would seem a strange move, as the Spaniard has impressed in his year at the club and as Olver notes is a "fan favourite" at Old Trafford.

The 26-year-old enjoyed a solid debut season with the Red Devils, scoring eight goals and adding five assists in all competitions.
Herrera only completed 14 Premier League matches last season but nevertheless created 26 chances and completed 26 take-ons while maintaining an 89 per cent passing accuracy according to Squawka.
Football writer Liam Canning has been impressed with the Spaniard's contribution to the team but also notes he hasn't been given a consistent, lengthy run in the side:
Even so, selling Herrera would seem a poor decision.
Michael Carrick and Bastian Schweinsteiger are both on the wrong side of 30, the former comfortably so, so keeping Herrera is a logical move.
The midfielder's range of passing and ability to beat players in the centre of the park are valuable assets to United, so it would be wise to keep hold of him.
One player United have kept hold of past deadline day is James Wilson.
According to the Daily Mail's Simon Jones, the youngster attracted interest from no fewer than 15 clubs and was linked with a last-minute move away from the club, but United have decided to keep him at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils had already moved on strikers Robin van Persie, Radamel Falcao and Javier Hernandez, as well as attacking midfielders Angel Di Maria and Adnan Januzaj.
As Canning notes, United are still light in attacking options despite keeping Wilson and bringing in Anthony Martial:
Despite some highly questionable Premier League form, captain Wayne Rooney is unlikely to be dropped from the side. Per BBC Sport, Martial cost £36 million, so the transfer fee will ensure he's given time on the pitch.
However, 19-year-old Wilson is the same age as Martial and with few other options, may still get some first-team football this season, albeit less than he probably would have on loan elsewhere.
It won't be easy for the youngster, but Wilson will need to ensure he has a positive impact when he does get the chance in order to continue his promising development.
