Sleeper Alert (Again)

Bills Rams Football

Over the past few weeks, Tyler Higbee of the Los Angeles Rams has been on a roll--since Week 3 the veteran tight end is sixth at his position in PPR points.

Look for the good times to keep rolling Sunday afternoon at SoFi stadium--the next time the Arizona Cardinals have success defending tight ends will be the first.

Trevor to Travis

Trevor Lawrence is rolling this week in London--his fourth quarter touchdown pass to Travis Hunter was his fourth of the day, and Lawrence has 268 passing yards.

At least fans in London got a decent game this week.

Sleeper Alert

Chiefs Raiders Football

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Tre Tucker has been relatively quiet this year outside a big game against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 2.

But the Raiders are going to have to throw to keep up with Buffalo's buzzsaw offense, and the Bills have allowed over 45 PPR points per game to opposing wide receivers--tops in the NFL.

Paging Nico Collins

Raiders Texans Football

Granted, some of this could be a result of the coverage he's facing. And even the best wide receivers have off days.

But with two and a half minutes left in the third quarter, Jaylin Noel and Marvin Harrison Jr. have combined for seven receptions for 141 yards and a score.

Meanwhile, Nico Collins has a single catch.

TreVeyon Henderson Active

This was expected, and for some fantasy managers there's no decision to make here--if Henderson's active he's a start.

But if you have any kind of viable alternative, exploring it is wise. Just because Henderson is playing doesn't mean he'll see a full workload--and "full" workload is a relative term for the second-year back anyway.

No Tyler Warren in Week 6

This isn't unexpected.

But it still stings.

Get Warren out of lineups.

Quinshon Judkins OUT vs. Ravens

Jaleel McLaughlin will be the primary running back for the Cleveland Browns in Week 6, with the recently-signed Audric Estime mixing in.

Bust Alert

Buccaneers Cowboys Football

Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Bucky Irving was fantastic last week against the Dallas Cowboys, rushing for 165 yards and a touchdown and adding another score through the air.

But there's a world of difference between the non-existent defense of the Cowboys and a Steelers defense allowing just 103.4 yards per game on the ground--and with undrafted rookie Jalon Daniels starting at quarterback for the Buccaneers again, Irving is going to see a lot of stacked fronts.

We're Not Worthy

Chiefs Raiders Football

With Rashee Rice sidelined by a hamstring injury and Tyquan Thornton on injured reserve, Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy has more than a little fantasy appeal against a Los Angeles Chargers defense allowing 31.3 PPR points per game to wideouts this season.

Now You're Just Being Mean

Two Foster Moreau touchdowns.

Not that I started Dalton Schultz this week or anything.

Been that kind of year.

Rootin' Tuten

It's a good week to have started Jaguars running back Bhayshul Tuten.

Well That Doesn't Sound Good

It's hard to get excited about any Cleveland running back given how badly the Browns have struggled to run the ball. A gimpy Quinshon Judkins?

The best thing for fantasy managers will be if he just sits against Baltimore.

The Jameis Winston Experience

Giants Commanders Football

Last week against the Washington Commanders. Jameis Winston threw for 326 yards and three touchdowns.

Now Winston faces a leaky Saints defense that is giving up 361 yards of offense and over 30 points per game.

There aren't many better spot-starters under center in Week 6.

So This is Rock Bottom

The worst part of this take?

He's not wrong.

Harris will reportedly see a larger role Sunday against the NFL's third-worst run defense. Hampton is mired in a three-headed committee with the Chargers and has a much tougher matchup in Kansas City.

Justice is Served

Given that just before this Jaguars running back Bhayshul Tuten had his third touchdown nullified of the season due to penalty, it's fitting that he got the Jags on the board in London.

Trusting a...Titan?

Titans Ravens Football

The offense of the Tennessee Titans has admittedly been offensive this season--the Titans are dead last in total offense and 27th in rushing yards per game.

But the Indianapolis Colts have allowed 130.2 yards per game on the ground (sixth-most in the league) and have surrendered the sixth-most PPR points per game to running backs in 2026.

If ever there was a week for Tony Pollard to get going, this is it.

Uncle Rico's Back

Given how effective Jaylen Warren has been as a featured back for the Steelers, it's hard to imagine Rico Dowdle eating into Warren's workload that much against the Buccaneers Sunday.

Still, Dowdle's return is at least a little unsettling for Warren managers.

Colts TE Tyler Warren a Game-Time Decision

Again, late-week injury report adds are bad juju.

Colts tight end Tyler Warren picked up a groin injury in Friday's practice, and it appears he is truly questionable for Sunday's tilt with the Tennessee Titans.

Even if Warren does play, he'll likely be limited. Look elsewhere where possible.

The Mess in Philly

Bengals Eagles Football

Apparently someone broke a mirror in Philadelphia--while walking under a ladder.

The Eagles are getting DeVonta Smith back in Week 6. But with Jalen Hurts on injured reserve, Smith's fantasy value takes a major hit. Dallas Goedert takes a smaller one--it's not difficult to imagine Tanner McKee targeting the tight end quite a bit.

With Saquon Barkley (hamstring) still out, Dameon Pierce will be the Eagles' lead back against a soft Carolina Panthers run defense. But it's hard to get too excited about a back who averaged 1.3 yards per carry last week.

That's Not Dalton Schultz--or Nico Collins

And the first touchdown of Week 6 is a vulture-score.

Here's hoping that isn't a sign of things to come.

Skatteboo-hoo

Between injuries and bye weeks, quite a few fantasy managers have little recourse but to start New York Giants running back Cam Skattebo in Week 6.

But Skattebo's fumbling issues are reportedly going to cost him touches this week against the New Orleans Saints.

Committee backfields make fantasy managers sad.

Frowny-face.

Saint Bernard

Colts Steelers Football

Roman Wilson (finger) and Michael Pittman Jr. (toe) are on IR. DK Metcalf is expected to play but is dinged up. Tight end Pat Freiermuth is questionable.

Germie Bernard could see a hefty target share in Week 6 against the Buccaneers.

This week's biggest waiver darling could make fantasy managers glad they added him--at least for a week.

Welcome Back, Caleb Williams

And fantasy managers of Luther Burden III and Rome Odunze did rejoice.

Fantasy managers with Colston Loveland are still salty.

Been that kind of year.

The Mike Evans Conundrum

Given Mike Evans' long history of playing through nagging injuries, it wouldn't be shocking if he gave it a go Monday night.

But he's battling multiple injuries, and with a lack of available pivots, fantasy managers who wait on Evans could find themselves staring at a zero.

Do you feel lucky?

What Can Brown Do For You?

Fantasy managers are just as happy to see A.J. Brown back in action as the New England Patriots are.

Given the length of his layoff he likely won't play a full snap count, but at the very least he's in the low-end WR2 conversation.

The other Pats wideouts, who were already high-variance, now become that much more so.

Hey, it can't all be good news.

Patriots RB TreVeyon Henderson Expected to Play in Week 6

This is a bit of a surprise--Henderson was originally expected to miss multiple weeks with a high-ankle sprain.

It's also a risky fantasy play--Henderson is capable of taking it to the house any time he touches the ball, but said touches will likely be limited this week.

Browns RB Quinshon Judkins Game-Time Decision

It appears that Quinshon Judkins will try out his balky ankle in pre-game warmups to see if he can go against the Baltimore Ravens.

If Judkins can't go, Jaleel McLaughlin and Audric Estime would carry the rock for a struggling Cleveland run game. McLaughlin would be a so-so, volume-based fantasy "flex" option.

Weather in London

If you're starting any Jaguars or Texans players in Sunday's London game, know that the weather there has become a little, well, London.

Saints WR Chris Olave, RB Alvin Kamara Expected to Play

The good news for fantasy managers is that both wide receiver Chris Olave (illness) and running back Alvin Kamara (back) are expected to be a go Sunday against the New York Giants.

The bad news is that it was also revealed that quarterback Tyler Shough is playing with two broken bones in his left hand.

Steelers "Optimistic" TE Pat Freiermuth Will Play

Getting added to the injury report on Saturday isn't a good sign. But given all the injuries the Steelers have at wide receiver, the team needs Pat Freiermuth out there against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

the risk for fantasy managers is that Freiermuth (calf) will see limited snaps. It's a situation best avoided where possible.
