After a record-breaking stop in Salt Lake City, the UFC is back in its Las Vegas headquarters tonight with an low-profile Fight Night card that will hopefully punch well above its weight.
Headlining honors will go to a middleweight clash between top-15 contenders Brendan Allen and Christian Leroy Duncan. Allen has been hovering on the cusp of a title shot for several years. He's been too inconsistent to earn the opportunity to this point, but after three straight victories, he could change that with a big win over Duncan, who has won five in a row, and now faces the toughest test of his career.
The co-headliner, which does not feel like it's worthy of its place on the bill, will be contested at lightweight, where Jai Herbert will take on Matheus Camilo. Loopy Godinez will also be in action on the card, taking on Ketlen Souza at strawweight, while names like Andre Fili, Malcolm Wellmaker, Gerald Meerschaert and Niko Price will feature earlier on the lineup.
As always, B/R will be here to keep you well apprised of all the action in Las Vegas. The undercard kicks off at 5:00 pm ET, and the main card begins at 8:00.
