Jaylen Brown is seemingly on board with a potential trade that would send him out of Boston.

Brown recently liked an Instagram comment calling for the Celtics to trade him to "a city who respects him."

That comes after reports that the Celtics are seeking a trade for Brown, even after missing out on Giannis Antetokounmpo. ESPN's Brian Windhorst reported Monday that Boston is "very motivated" to trade Brown and is "offering him everywhere."

ESPN's Shams Charania noted, however, that the former Finals MVP isn't garnering as much interest on the trade market as Boston would like.

Brown is coming off the best season of his career in which he averaged 28.7 points, 6.9 rebounds and 5.1 assists per game.

Brown has been with the Celtics since he was drafted and helped bring the city a championship in 2024. Just over a month ago, all signs pointed to Boston running it back with Brown and Jayson Tatum as it looked to find more success with the star pairing.

Now, it appears things are heading towards a split as Brown eyes a city that will "respect him."
