Arsenal Advance to UCL Final as Fans React to Historic Win in 2nd Leg vs. Atletico
Arsenal booked their place in the Champions League final with a 1-0 victory over Atletico Madrid on Tuesday. Bukayo Saka's first-half goal was enough for a 2-1 win on aggregate.
It's the first time in 20 years that the north London side will compete in the showpiece final, with Mikel Arteta's team on the brink of winning the club's maiden Champions League trophy.

Arsenal will face the winner of Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich for the prize in Budapest on May 30. PSG head to Germany with a 5-4 advantage ahead of Wednesday's second leg after last week's thrilling first leg.
Arteta's side dominated the opening half without creating many chances. The Gunners maintained possession and tried to stretch Atletico's deep line, with the visitors hoping to spring forwards on the counter.
Myles Lewis-Skelly, handed a second successive start in midfield after his impressive performance in the win over Fulham on the weekend, created the first real moment of excitement when he broke into the box and played an excellent ball across goal. Nobody was there to tap home.
A dull first-half ignited just before the halftime whistle with the pivotal moment of the game. Jan Oblak pushed Leandro Trossard's shot back into danger and into the path of Saka, who slid home for 1-0 on the night and an aggregate lead.
The two shots were the first on target from either side as a jubilant crowd sang Arsenal into the break.
Atletico had their first major chance a few minutes into the second half. Declan Rice's misplaced header allowed Giuliano Simeone to sneak the ball around the goalkeeper, but Gabriel recovered to stop his shot at an open goal.
Antoine Griezmann was unlucky to not win a penalty shortly after. Riccardo Calafiori's poor tackle looked a certain spot-kick, but the Italian defender was spared by Gabriel being fouled a second before.
Viktor Gyokeres worked hard all night and nearly delivered a killer blow as the game grew more ragged. He fired over from close range after an excellent cross from Piero Hincapie.
Atletico offered very little as the Emirates Stadium grew in voice. Marcos Llorente's tame effort was easily saved by David Raya, as Simeone's side barely laid a hand on the team that have been favourites throughout the competition.
Arsenal comfortably saw the game out, confirming a shot at history and a huge reaction on social media:
History beckons for Arteta and his squad, who have put up a terrific season and now have both the Premier League and Champions League within reach.
