Bulls' Josh Giddey Passes Michael Jordan in NBA History Books After Triple-Double vs. Clippers
Josh Giddey surpassed an NBA legend on the league's all-time triple-double list on Friday.
In a loss to the Los Angeles Clippers, the Chicago Bulls guard recorded his 29th career triple-double to move ahead of franchise and NBA icon Michael Jordan. Giddey now sits in 19th place on the all-time list, two triple-doubles behind John Havlicek.

Giddey has made triple-doubles a habit throughout his career, and especially this season. He's nearly averaging a triple-double, posting 18 points, 8.8 assists and 8.4 rebounds per game, marking the best statistical year of his career to date.
Still just 23 years old, Giddey appears well on his way to a strong career, and jumping Jordan on any list is a good indication that he's doing something right.
Unfortunately for the Bulls, Giddey's strong play hasn't been enough to will them to success. Chicago is currently sitting in 12th place in the East at 27-40.
