Jordon Hudson Reportedly Planning Bill Belichick 'Huge Bash' on Same Day as HOF Ceremony After Snub
UNC head coach Bill Belichick might have alternate plans for the day of the upcoming Pro Football Hall of Fame induction ceremony after reportedly being snubbed in his first year of eligibility.
Belichick's girlfriend Jordon Hudson is planning a "huge bash" on the day of the ceremony, a source told People's Natasha Dye.
The source told Dye that party invitees will include "Tom Brady, Jimmy Johnson, Bill Parcels and others who were planning on attending Bill's HOF induction ceremony."
Both Johnson and Brady publicly expressed opposition to the Hall of Fame's reported decision not to induct Belichick, alongside other notable names including LeBron James, Patrick Mahomes, Julian Edelman and JJ Watt.
The Class of 2026 is set to be enshrined Aug. 8 in Canton, Ohio. The list of honorees is set to be announced on Feb. 5 during NFL Honors.
That group reportedly won't include Belichick or former New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning, per recent reports from ESPN's Don Van Natta Jr. and Seth Wickersham and The Athletic's Dan Duggan and Ian O'Connor.
According to Van Natta and Wickersham, Belichick received a call from the Hall of Fame informing him he hadn't qualified for the Class of 2026 last Friday.
The Pro Football Hall of Fame seemingly addressed the ESPN report by stating that the organization annually reviews who staffs the 50-person voting body behind Hall of Fame selections, and that voters understand they can lose membership by violating bylaws.
