Heisman 2025 Odds Predictions for Fernando Mendoza, Finalists after Announcement
Four players will head to New York for the Heisman Trophy ceremony on Saturday night.
Indiana Hoosiers quarterback Fernando Mendoza is the runaway favorite going into the awards ceremony.
The signal-caller of the No. 1 team in the FBS will be joined by Ohio State Buckeyes quarterback Julian Sayin, Notre Dame Fighting Irish running back Jeremiyah Love and Vanderbilt Commodores quarterback Diego Pavia.
Fernando Mendoza (-1000)

Fernando Mendoza is the overwhelming favorite at DraftKings Sportsbook to take home the Heisman.
Mendoza won the award last Saturday in Indiana's Big Ten Championship Game win over Ohio State.
Mendoza didn't have an eye-popping stat line, but he made a handful of vital throws in the second half to deliver the win to the Hoosiers against one of the FBS' best defenses.
The California transfer is expected to become the fourth quarterback in the last five years to win the Heisman. He will also become the first Heisman winner from Indiana if he wins the award.
Diego Pavia ( 600)

A trip to New York will be the perfect finish to Diego Pavia's collegiate quarterback.
The current Vanderbilt and former New Mexico State quarterback has been one of the most electric personalities in the sport over the last few years.
Pavia led Vanderbilt to an incredible season that put it just short of the at-large spots in the College Football Playoff.
If there's anyone who can steal first-place votes from Mendoza, it is Pavia, who succeeded against the toughest schedule among the four Heisman finalists.
Jeremiyah Love ( 15000)
3 of 4
Jeremiyah Love made a late push for the Heisman, but he came up short in comparison to Mendoza.
Love finished in the top five in rushing yards and touchdowns in the FBS, but he got off to a slow start in the first two weeks of the regular season.
Love would likely be a more serious Heisman contender if he performed better against either the Miami Hurricanes or Texas A&M Aggies and Notre Dame won one of those two games.
Instead, the final detail on Notre Dame's season will be which position Love lands in Heisman voting. The Fighting Irish declined a bowl berth after they were left out of the College Football Playoff.
Julian Sayin ( 70000)
4 of 4
Julian Sayin had an opportunity to take the Heisman away from Mendoza in the Big Ten Championship Game.
The Ohio State quarterback threw for 258 yards in Indianapolis, but he was picked off once and failed to outduel Mendoza when it mattered most in the second half.
Sayin will probably receive the fewest first-place votes among the four finalists.
He will have another shot at the Heisman next season. He and teammate Jeremiah Smith will be two of the favorites for the award in 2026.
