Top Draft Needs of Every NFL Team in 2026 for Week 12

BR NFL Draft Scouting Dept.Nov 22, 2025

As we enter the home stretch of the 2025 NFL season, more and more teams will turn their eyes toward the top prospects emerging in the 2026 NFL Draft class as they prioritize their offseason needs over their postseason dreams.

Every week of the season, Bleacher Report writer Alex Ballentine and B/R NFL Scouting Dept.'s Matt Holder will break down each team's biggest needs and highlight potential 2026 draft prospects who could fill them.

The eventual end product will be a full 2026 draft big board for every team heading into the offseason.

All grades and rankings courtesy of the B/R NFL Draft Scouting Department.

Arizona Cardinals

1 of 32
Penn State v UCLA
Penn State G Olaivavega Ioane

Top Draft Needs

  • Quarterback
  • Right Tackle
  • Guard
  • Top G Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Olaivavega Ioane, Penn State (No. 24)
  • Emmanuel Pregnon, Oregon (No. 47)
  • Chase Bisontis, Texas A&M (No. 64)
  • Considering Isaiah Adams was recently benched and Will Hernandez is on a one-year contract, the Cardinals could be in the market for a guard this April.

Also, there have been a few risers on B/R's big board since the last time the position was discussed, and the Penn State product above is one of the best interior offensive line prospects.

"Ioane is the top pure guard in the class thanks to his ability to halt and generate movement on command," offensive line scout Brandon Thorn said in the Nittany Lion's scouting report. "...[He has] excellent grip strength to strike through pass-rush moves, latch on target and end reps on command."

    Atlanta Falcons

    2 of 32
    Arizona v Cincinnati
    Cincinnati LB Jake Golday

    Draft Needs

  • 2nd Wide Receiver
  • Cornerback
  • Defensive Tackle
  • Top Need Spotlight: DT

While this week's focus is on a secondary need, the Falcons should be taking a hard look a this year's defensive tackle class. Ohio State's Kayden McDonald is someone to keep tabs on during the College Football Playoffs.

McDonald's technique is a work in progress, but he has a unique ability to get himself out of bad positions and can be a dominant run defender in the NFL. That's due to his rare combination of size (listed at 6'3", 326 pounds), strength and athleticism.

Top LB Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Deontae Lawson, Alabama (No. 46)
  • Jake Golday, Cincinnati (No. 54)
  • Whit Weeks, LSU (No. 91)
  • Linebacker has been removed from Atlanta's top needs since Divine Deablo is having a fantastic season, hence why the position hasn't been discussed since Week 1. However, Kaden Elliss is still an impending free agent, so the organization should continue to explore this year's crop of second-level defenders.

All three prospects listed above could be good Day 2 targets, and Golday would be a natural replacement for Elliss given the Bearcat's background as an edge-rusher and ability to make an impact when blitzing.

Also, he's a high-level athlete who has the makings of a three-down linebacker in the NFL with his combination of size (6'4", 240 pounds), strength and athleticism. His biggest flaws as a prospect can be chalked up to simply not having much experience playing off the ball.

    Baltimore Ravens

    3 of 32
COLLEGE FOOTBALL: NOV 14 Clemson at Louisville
    Clemson Edge T.J. Parker

    Draft Needs

  • Edge-Rusher
  • Interior Offensive Line
  • Defensive Line
  • Top Edge Scheme Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Rueben Bain Jr., Miami (No. 2)
  • Keldric Faulk, Auburn (No. 14)
  • T.J. Parker, Clemson (No. 9)
  • The Baltimore Ravens are going to have to give Mike Green more time to prove himself after taking him in the second round of last year's draft. He's been banged up this season and was always going to take time to become a more well-rounded player. That being said, Green's presence on the roster shouldn't keep them from targeting a more pro-ready edge defender who can hold up against the run a little better.

Rueben Bain Jr. is obviously the ideal for a lot of teams in that regard. However, it's more likely that T.J. Parker falls to them after a year at Clemson without the production that was expected from him at the beginning of the season.

"T.J. Parker is a 6'3", 260-pound edge defender with the size, strength and physicality to be a high-quality run defender and power-rusher at the next level," Matt Holder wrote in his scouting report.

    Mississippi Football

    Buffalo Bills

    4 of 32
    Georgia v Mississippi State
    Georgia LB CJ Allen

    Draft Needs

  • Interior Offensive Line
  • Linebacker
  • Wide Receiver
  • Top LB Scheme Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Arvell Reese, Ohio State (No. 16)
  • Sonny Styles, Ohio State (No. 29)
  • CJ Allen, Georgia (No. 31)
  • Buffalo needs to keep replacing prominent members of the old guard if they are going to extend their Super Bowl window with Josh Allen. Matt Milano is a prime example. The aging linebacker used to be the heart of the defense, but it's about time the Bills look to find his replacement in the draft.

That means targeting an athletic linebacker who can help in coverage. That might not be Arvell Reese's calling card. He's a dangerous blitzer and our top-ranked 'backer. However, Sonny Styles and CJ Allen are perfect fits as coverage-oriented linebackers.

"CJ Allen is a top-tier athlete who is great in coverage and has enormous potential at just 20 years old (turns 21 in March) to develop into a linebacker who never has to come off the field in the NFL," B/R scout Matt Holder wrote in his scouting report.

    Carolina Panthers

    5 of 32
    South Carolina v Texas A&M
    Texas A&M LB Taurean York

    Draft Needs

  • Center
  • Quarterback
  • Linebacker
  • Top LB Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Jake Golday, Cincinnati (No. 54)
  • Taurean York, Texas A&M (No. 102)
  • Austin Romaine, Kansas State (No. 126)
  • A week after falling off the Panthers' top needs, linebacker lands back on the list after encouraging performances from Xavier Legette and Jalen Coker. While addressing the second level of Carolina's defense was discussed in Week 3 and Week 6, let's continue to work down B/R's big board and explore other players at the position.

All three prospects above are solid options, especially the Texas A&M product, who would likely be more coveted if it weren't for his lack of size at 5'10", 227 pounds.

"York has the instincts of a veteran linebacker and the movement skills to capitalize," the Aggie's scouting report says. "[He] recognizes play designs based on pre-snap motion and displays good instincts to quickly read his key and diagnose run plays post-snap."

    Chicago Bears

    6 of 32
    BYU v Texas Tech
    Texas Tech Edge Romello Height

    Draft Needs:

  • Left Tackle
  • Safety
  • Cornerback
  • Top Need Spotlight: LT

While this week's focus for the Bears is on a secondary need, it's important to keep tabs on this year's crop of left tackles. One player to keep tabs on during the upcoming College Football Conference Championships and Playoffs is Indiana's Carter Smith.

"Smith is an alert, strong blocker with a stifling punch and excellent competitive toughness to steer and finish blocks," offensive line scout Brandon Thorn said in the Hoosier's scouting report.

"Average lateral quickness and arm length create soft edges in pass protection, but his strength and effort help him minimize clean losses. A sound skill set led to his ascension up the draft board and projected NFL starter."

Top Edge Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Dani Dennis-Sutton, Penn State (No. 60)
  • Romello Height, Texas Tech (No. 62)
  • Joshua Josephs, Tennessee (No. 75)
  • While edge-rusher has been discussed for the Bears a couple of times–in Week 4 and Week 8–finding someone who can get pressure on the other side of Montez Sweat will be a priority in the draft. So, let's continue to work down B/R's big board and look into a pass-rusher who should make waves during the CFP.

"Height combines salesmanship with quickness and high-level athleticism as a pass-rusher to be a productive and contribute on third downs in the NFL," the Texas Tech product's scouting report says.

"...[He] sets up his pass-rush moves well by stemming inside or outside to win in the opposite direction, or gets to square to give himself a two-way go, and also is effective using head and shoulder fakes to get offensive tackles to stop their feet."

    Cincinnati Bengals

    7 of 32
    NC State v Notre Dame
    Notre Dame TE Eli Raridon

    Draft Needs

  • Cornerback
  • Edge-Rusher
  • Interior Offensive Line
  • Top Need Spotlight: CB

The Bengals desperately need an injection of talent throughout their defense, but that's especially true in the secondary. Cornerback is the top need, but they could use another safety as well. Drafting someone like Ohio State's Jermaine Mathews Jr. could kill two birds with one stone.

"Jermaine Mathews is a do-it-all defensive back who excels reading route details and anticipating breakpoints in off-coverage," B/R scout Daniel Harms wrote of Mathews. "He's at his best in the nickel but can play on the outside and even some safety with his change-of-direction, recovery speed and lateral agility. His instincts have been on display and consistently put him in position to make plays all over the field."

Top Scheme Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Jack Endries, Texas (No. 39)
  • Max Klare, Ohio State (No. 56)
  • Eli Raridon, Notre Dame (No. 79)
  • The Bengals absolutely have to put a better defense on the field next season. That's why we've left Kenyon Sadiq off their tight end rankings. It would be tone deaf for them to draft an offensive weapon with their current roster and defense. However, finding a well-rounded rookie tight end could give them a cost-controlled option at a position where they have had to continuously go to the free agent well for a solution.

Eli Raridon could be a great intersection between value and potential skill set.

"Eli Raridon has legitimate three-down ability, with a well-rounded game that will help offenses in the run game and add explosives through the air. He's got the size and speed to be a mismatch against most defenders down the field, and he's improving his functional strength to create movement on them." - Harms

    Cleveland Browns

    8 of 32
COLLEGE FOOTBALL: SEP 02 Boston College at Florida State
    Boston College OT Jude Bowry

    Draft Needs

  • Quarterback
  • Wide Receiver
  • Offensive Tackle
  • 2nd Tier OT Scheme Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Carter Smith, Indiana (No. 68)
  • Trevor Goosby, Texas (unranked)
  • Jude Bowry, Boston College (No. 88)
  • It wasn't long ago that Kevin Stefanski enjoted the fruits of having one of the best offensive lines in the league. Injuries and aging have destroyed that for the Browns. They might have one starting tackle of he future in Dawand Jones. Finding another potential starter at tackle would be huge.

Prospects like Kage Casey and Caleb Tiernan would make sense, but they are already 22 years old and the Browns have shown that they prefer younger prospects. Trevor Goosby won't even turn 21 until May of 2026 and Jude Bowry has a high ceiling in Stefanski's run game with his athleticism.

"Bowry is a twitchy, explosive mover, who is fluid to his landmarks with flashes of brilliance mixed in that indicate starter-level ability. Bowry's promise is offset with by technique that gets him into too many compromising positions resulting in an unrefined player still figuring things out a month into the season," B/R scout Brandon Thorn wrote in October.

    Dallas Cowboys

    9 of 32
    Tennessee v Kentucky
    Tennessee WR Chris Brazzell II

    Draft Needs:

  • Edge Defender
  • No. 2 Wide Receiver
  • Linebacker
  • Top WR Fits on B/R Big Board

  • KC Concepcion, Texas A&M (No. 20)
  • Chris Bell, Louisville (No. 33)
  • Chris Brazzell II, Tennessee (No. 40)
  • Outside of being spotlighted a few weeks ago, it's been a while since adding a No. 2 wide receiver to complement CeeDee Lamb has been discussed.

Luckily, all three wideouts above have risen up B/R's big board recently and could replace what George Pickens brings to the Cowboys' offense if Pickens isn't re-signed, especially the Tennessee product.

"Brazzell is a dangerous, explosive playmaking wide receiver who will be a major contributor in the NFL, if he lands with a great quarterback," offensive skill positions scout Dame Parson said in the Volunteer's scouting report.

"Brazzell possesses the top-end speed to consistently win on vertical and downfield routes. He embodies the phrase, 'If he's even, he's leaving'. The combination of his long speed and long strides makes life difficult for opposing defensive backs."

    Denver Broncos

    10 of 32
COLLEGE FOOTBALL: NOV 01 Vanderbilt at Texas
    Texas TE Jack Endries

    Draft Needs

  • Tight End
  • Offensive Tackle
  • Linebacker
  • Top TE Scheme Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Kenyon Sadiq, Oregon (No. 17)
  • Jack Endries, Texas (No. 39)
  • Max Klare, Ohio State (No. 56)
  • Evan Engram continues to be a big part of what the 9-2 Broncos do in the passing game. The problem is that he's 31 years old and he's not quite as explosive as he used to be.

Kenyon Sadiq would slide into his role easily. Not only does he have the route-running and athleticism to play in the slot and beat defensive backs, but it also wouldn't take long for him to be a better blocker than Engram. Max Klare rounds out the top trio with his sneaky good receiver skills that don't always have a platform in Ohio State's offense. But Jack Endries could be the sweet spot between where the Broncos are drafting and what he brings to the table.

"Jack Endries has hands as sure as they come from the tight end position," Harms noted in his scouting report. "His role in Texas's offense prepares him for whatever will be asked at the next level. Arch Manning's safety net is always looking for different ways to help his team win and displays a great work ethic."

    Detroit Lions

    11 of 32
COLLEGE FOOTBALL: OCT 25 Baylor at Cincinnati
    Cincinnati LB Jake Golday

    Draft Needs

  • 2nd Edge Rusher
  • Cornerback
  • Center
  • Top Need Spotlight: Edge

While this week's focus is on a secondary need for the Lions, it's important to keep tabs on the team's options for a complement to Aidan Hutchinson. Penn State's Dani Dennis-Sutton could be an option since he fits the team's profile for the position.

"Dennis-Sutton looks like he was built in a lab to play in the NFL," the Nittany Lion's scouting report says. "At a listed 6'5" and 265 pounds with long arms, he has the size and length for the position, with plenty of strength to be a quality run-defender and solid power-rusher."

Top LB Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Jake Golday, Cincinnati (No. 54)
  • Whit Weeks, LSU (No. 91)
  • Taurean York, Texas A&M (No. 102)
  • As mentioned in Week 4, Detroit should explore finding a potential replacement for Alex Anzalone, who is an impending free agent. All three linebackers listed above could fill his role on the defense, especially the Cincinnati product.

Golday is a high-level athlete who has the makings of a three-down linebacker in the NFL with his combination of size (6'4", 240 pounds), strength and athleticism. His biggest flaws as a prospect can be chalked up to simply not having much experience playing off the ball, originally lining up on the edge at Central Arkansas.

    Green Bay Packers

    12 of 32
COLLEGE FOOTBALL: NOV 01 Texas Tech at Kansas State
    Texas Tech DT Lee Hunter

    Draft Needs

  • Outside Cornerback
  • Interior Offensive Line
  • Defensive Tackle
  • Top DT Fits on B/R Big Board

  • A'Mauri Washington, Oregon (No. 36)
  • Lee Hunter, Texas Tech (No. 125)
  • Dontay Corleone, Cincinnati (No. 131)
  • Defensive tackles have been discussed for the Packers during Week 1 and Week 6 and spotlighted in Week 10, but let's continue to work down B/R's big board and explore Green Bay's options.

The Texas Tech product above is one nose tackle to keep tabs on during the upcoming College Football Conference Championships and Playoffs.

The phrase "country strong" comes to mind when watching Hunter's tape. The 6'4", 330-pound defensive lineman has impressive size and strength to be a run-stuffer in the middle of the trenches on first and second downs. But his lack of athleticism and an effective get-off limits his contributions as a pass-rusher.

    Houston Texans

    13 of 32
    Illinois v Washington
    Washington RB Jonah Coleman

    Draft Needs

  • Interior Offensive Line
  • Interior Defenisve Line
  • Offensive Tackle
  • Top Need Spotlight: OT

The Texans are still waiting to see if Aireontae Ersery will pan out. Regardless, the Texans could still use a young tackle to pair with the rookie. If they're not willing to spend a first round pick at the position then Auburn's Xavier Chaplin will be a consideration.

"Chaplin is a long-limbed, wide-bodied tackle prospect with good play strength who casts a wide net with strong hands to end reps quickly once latched," B/R scout Brandon Thorn noted in his scouting report. "Chaplin needs to shore up his footwork and overall consistency to protect his edges, but he displays the physical traits to develop into a mid-tier, functional starter."

Top RB Scheme Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Kaytron Allen, Penn State (No. 73)
  • Jonah Coleman, Washington (No. 71)
  • Nicholas Singleton, Penn State (unranked)
  • Woody Marks came out of USC as a prospect that was primed to be a pass-catching back in the league. He's been a little more than that in Houston, but the Texans could still use a more traditional between-the-tackles power back to pair with him. It's an element that's been missing without Joe Mixon or Nick Chubb.

Kaytron Allen would make a lot of sense. He won the "best power" superlative on our latest big board and Jonah Coleman was also given props for his powerful running style.

"Gaining yards after contact is where he excels. Coleman's lateral footwork and frame density make it difficult for opponents to execute arm tackles. He possesses lateral cuts to force missed tackles and the run physicality to power through defenders for more yards." - B/R scout Dame Parson

    Indianapolis Colts

    14 of 32
COLLEGE FOOTBALL: OCT 11 Alabama at Missouri
    Alabama DL Tim Keenan III

    Draft Needs

  • Linebacker
  • Offensive Tackle
  • Defensive Line
  • 2nd Tier DL Scheme Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Kayden McDonald, Ohio State
  • Tim Keenan III, Alabama
  • Darrell Jackson Jr., Florida State
  • The Colts rely heavily on Grover Stewart and DeForest Buckner to hold down the middle of the defense. The aging veterans are still playing at a relatively high level, but Indy would be wise to start building out their depth in the trenches. The need might not be great enough for the Colts to spring for a replacement in the first round, but they should be interested on Day 2 and 3.

All three of these second-tier fits would bring a little something different to the defensive line. Kayden McDonald is a versatile interior presence who can work as a run-stuffer. Darrell Jackson Jr. is a project with a ton of potential given his 6'5", 330-pound frame. Tim Keenan III is probably the safest pick of the three.

"Keenan III is exactly what NFL teams are looking for in a nose tackle. Listed at 6'2", 320 pounds, he has a short-but-stout build. He is nearly impossible to move against the run and plugs gaps even when double-teamed. However, the Alabama defensive lineman doesn't offer much as a pass-rusher," B/R scout Matt Holder wrote in his report on the Alabama defensive tackle.

    Jacksonville Jaguars

    15 of 32
    South Carolina v Ole Miss
    South Carolina DB Jalon Kilgore

    Draft Needs

  • Safety
  • Cornerback
  • Defensive Line
  • 2nd CB Tier Scheme Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Davison Igbinosun, Ohio State
  • Jalon Kilgore, South Carolina
  • Jyaire Hill, Michigan
  • Last week, we took a look at who some of the top cornerback fits for the Jaguars are. Since then, it's been reported that the Jags plan to continue using Travis Hunter as both a cornerback and a wide receiver next season. With that question answered, the need for a cornerback might slide down the Jaguars' board. Still, Hunter is going to be a part-time player and the Jaguars need another corner to fit their system.

Davison Igbinosun is going to be a popular target in that tier. He has the size that NFL scouts covet and he's shown massive improvement in his most recent season with Ohio State. Jalon Kilgore would also be an intriguing fit for his versatility along with Hunter.

B/R scout Daniel Harms calls him a, "coverage versatile defender who sees route combinations in zone quickly and mirrors the quarterback. He gets proper depth and passes off routes out of his zone."

    Kansas City Chiefs

    16 of 32
    Iowa State v TCU
    Iowa State DL Domonique Orange

    Draft Needs

  • Cornerback
  • Running Back
  • Defensive Line
  • 2nd Tier DL Scheme Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Kayden McDonald, Ohio State (unranked)
  • Domonique Orange, Iowa State (No. 70)
  • Tim Keenan III, Alabama (No. 81)
  • The Chiefs have been relatively happy to just plug-and-play older veteran defensive linemen alongside Chris Jones. They lost Tershawn Wharton in free agency last season, but have rolled with the likes of Jerry Tillery and Derrick Nnadi on the interior. It might be time to bring in more young pguys like Omarr Norman-Lott.

They drafted Lott last season and he projects as a penetrating 3-technique who could be a pass-rush specialist down the line. This trio of players are all bigger nose tackle prospects. Domonique Orange stands out as a particularly good fit.

"Dominique Orange is a densely-built nose tackle and a boulder against the run. The 6'4", 325-pound defensive lineman, who's nicknamed "Big Citrus," has impressive strength at the point of attack, making him impossible to move with one-on-one blocks and a gap-filler against double-teams." - Holder

    Las Vegas Raiders

    17 of 32
COLLEGE FOOTBALL: NOV 15 Texas at Georgia
    Texas QB Arch Manning

    Draft Needs

  • Cornerback
  • Linebacker
  • Quarterback
  • 2nd Tier QB Scheme Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Arch Manning, Texas (No. 60)
  • Taylen Green, Arkansas (No. 38)
  • Marcel Reed, Texas A&M (unranked)
  • The Raiders are very much a team who could be looking at drafting a quarterback in the first round. Unfortunately, there are only three quarterbacks with first-round grades in Fernando Mendoza, Dante Moore and Ty Simpson. So the reality is that the Raiders might have to take a swing one of the more unrefined prospects in the class and go with Geno Smith or another veteran stop-gap for a year.

Taylen Green and Marcel Reed have both impressed with their athleticism and creativity. However, Arch Manning is the most recognizable prospect in the tier.

"Possesses the arm strength to drive the football into tight windows and attack the defense vertically, down the field. He will put good velocity and zip behind his passes in the short and intermediate areas of the field." - Parson

    Los Angeles Chargers

    18 of 32
    California v San Diego State
San Diego State CB Chris Johnson

    Draft Needs

  • Cornerback
  • Interior Offensive Line
  • Interior Defensive Line
  • 2nd Tier CB Scheme Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Chris Johnson, San Diego State
  • Jyaire Hill, Michigan
  • Will Lee III, Texas A&M
  • Cam Hart has become a serviceable starter and Tarheeb Still has turned out to be another value pick. However, neither are good enough that the Chargers can stop drafting cornerbacks. Ideally, Jim Harbaugh and Co. will keep taking swings until they find a true No. 1 cover corner.

Jyaire Hill (6'2", 185) and Will Lee III (6'3", 190) sure look the part. They are built similarly to Hart and have the physicality to match. Chris Johnson (6'0", 195 pounds) doesn't have the same measurables, but he's going to hit most size thresholds and he plays wih a competitiveness that Harbaugh and the rest of the Chargers brass are sure to love.

    Los Angeles Rams

    19 of 32
COLLEGE FOOTBALL: NOV 14 Clemson at Louisville
    Clemson OT Blake Miller

    Draft Needs

  • Quarterback
  • Right Tackle
  • Cornerback
  • Top OT Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Blake Miller, Clemson (No. 89)
  • Trevor Goosby, Texas (No. 74)
  • Xavier Chaplin, Auburn (No. 99)
  • While offensive tackle has been discussed a handful of times for the Rams–in Week 3 and Week 7 and spotlighted in Week 10–the position will be the team's biggest immediate need this offseason. That was reinforced on Wednesday when Rob Havenstein was placed on injured reserve.

This will be the third season in a row that the 33-year-old impending free agent doesn't play a full slate of games. So, Los Angeles should be in the market for a right tackle this offseason, and the Clemson product could step right in for Havenstein.

"Miller is a durable, alert right tackle prospect with good athletic ability, arm length and quick, proactive hands to establish first meaningful contact and gain control of defenders," offensive line scout Brandon Thorn said.

"Miller lacks high-end power but brings tenacity as a finisher to stick on blocks. He lacks proven versatility but has the tools to develop it and compete for a starting right tackle job during his rookie contract."

    Miami Dolphins

    20 of 32
    South Carolina v Texas A&M
    Texas A&M WR KC Concepcion

    Draft Needs

  • Cornerback
  • Wide Receiver
  • Offensive Tackle
  • 2nd Tier WR Scheme Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Chris Brazzell II, Tennessee (No. 37)
  • Zachariah Branch, Georgia (No. 61)
  • Kevin Concepcion, Texas A&M (unranked)
  • We have taken a look at some of the top receivers in the context of Miami's offense. If they move on from Tyreek Hill then Jordyn Tyson or Carnell Tate could become the new WR1 in South Beach. More realistically, they will look for Jayden Waddle to take that role over and could target speedsters like Chris Brazzell II and Zachariah Branch to take some of the Hill role.

Alternatively, Kevin Concepcion is a receiver who is shooting up our rankings lately. B/R scout Dame Parson has been impressed with what he has proven he can do for the Aggies.

"Concepcion is a dynamic open field weapon who is proving he's more than manufactured touches and easy completions. He's developing into a well-rounded, high-impact receiver with a high ceiling in the NFL." - Parson

    Minnesota Vikings

    21 of 32
    Ohio State v Purdue
    Ohio State CB Davison Igbinosun

    Draft Needs

  • Cornerback
  • Safety
  • Defensive Line
  • Top CB Fits on B/R Big Board

  • D'Angelo Ponds, Indiana (No. 43)
  • Davison Igbinosun, Ohio State (No. 53)
  • Jyaire Hill, Michigan (No. 58)
  • Quarterback is getting close to landing on the Vikings' top needs, given J.J. McCarthy's continued struggles this season. But for now, we'll give the 2024 first-round pick some grace and focus on the other side of the ball.

There's a heavy emphasis on Big Ten prospects with the corners above, and people in Minnesota should pay close attention to the Buckeye during Ohio State's push to repeat as National Champions over the next few months.

"Igbinosun is a physical force on the outside in coverage and run defense, and one of the most improved defensive backs in the nation," defensive backs scout Daniel Harms said in the Buckeye's scouting report

"He still brings the competitive nature to the position, but he's cleaned up the penalties and turned into a shutdown corner. He takes pride in the run game and is as sure a tackler as they come."

    New England Patriots

    22 of 32
    Auburn v Texas A&M
    Auburn Edge Keldric Faulk

    Draft Needs

  • Edge-Rusher
  • Cornerback
  • Wide Receiver
  • Top Edge Scheme Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Rueben Bain Jr., Miami (No. 2)
  • Keldric Faulk, Auburn (No. 14)
  • T.J. Parker, Clemson (No. 9)
  • It's been several weeks since we've taken a look at who would be at the top of the Patriots big board at edge rusher. Back then, Bain topped their list even when Parker was ranked higher on the big board. His power and playstyle are something that Mike Vrabel would be sure to love.

However, it's unlikely the Patriots are picking early enough to draft him. Instead, their biggest hope should be that Faulk is attainable if they target the top of the class. His power and length match up with a lot of the traits that Vrabel will look for to join their defensive line.

"Keldric Faulk is a 6'6", 285-pound edge prospect whose impressive size and age at only 20 years old give him the necessary tools to be an impact player at the next level," B/R scout Matt Holder wrote of Faullk.

    New Orleans Saints

COLLEGE FOOTBALL: NOV 01 Penn State at Ohio State
    Ohio State CB Davison Igbinosun

    Draft Needs

  • Wide Receiver
  • Guard
  • Cornerback
  • Top CB Fits on B/R Big Board

  • D'Angelo Ponds, Indiana (No. 43)
  • Davison Igbinosun, Ohio State (No. 53)
  • Jyaire Hill, Michigan (No. 58)
  • It's been a while since cornerbacks were discussed for the Saints, as the position was touched on in Week 1 and Week 6. So, let's continue to work down B/R's big board and explore other options, like the Ohio State product who will be on display during the upcoming College Football Playoff.

    Ohio State CB Davison Igbinosun

    Draft Needs:

  • Right Tackle
  • Cornerback
  • Guard
  • Top CB Fits on B/R Big Board

  • D'Angelo Ponds, Indiana (No. 43)
  • Davison Igbinosun, Ohio State (No. 53)
  • Jyaire Hill, Michigan (No. 58)
  • Giving the Giants' defense some help at cornerback has been discussed during Week 2 and Week 8, but let's continue to work down B/R's big board and note a few other names to keep tabs on as the college football season winds down.

There's a heavy emphasis on Big Ten prospects with the corners above, and people in New York should pay close attention to the Buckeye during Ohio State's push to repeat as National Champions over the next few months.

"Igbinosun is a physical force on the outside in coverage and run defense, and one of the most improved defensive backs in the nation," defensive backs scout Daniel Harms said in the New Jersey native's scouting report

"He still brings the competitive nature to the position, but he's cleaned up the penalties and turned into a shutdown corner. He takes pride in the run game and is as sure a tackler as they come."

    New York Jets

    25 of 32
COLLEGE FOOTBALL: OCT 11 Allstate Red River Rivalry Oklahoma vs Texas
    Texas CB Malik Muhammad

    Draft Needs

  • Quarterback
  • Defensive Line
  • Cornerback
  • 2nd Tier CB Scheme Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Malik Muhammad, Texas (No. 26)
  • Davison Igbinosun, Ohio State (No. 50)
  • Chris Johnson, San Diego State (No. 63)
  • The Jets needed another cornerback before they traded away Sauce Gardner. Dealing the two-time All-Pro has left the cornerback room even more bereft of talent. So it's safe to say that the Jets are doing their homework on cornerbacks. Ideally, they'll be able to find at least one player who can start on the outside for them.

The good news is that the class is fairly deep. Moving onto the next three on their big board are three capable prospects, headlined by Malik Muhammad out of Texas.

"For those who love watching ultra-competitive, twitchy-man coverage corners who frustrate wide receivers, Malik Muhammad is a must-watch," B/R scout Daniel Harms wrote in the Longhorn's scouting report.

    Philadelphia Eagles

    26 of 32
COLLEGE FOOTBALL: NOV 15 Wisconsin at Indiana
    Indiana OT Carter Smith

    Draft Needs:

  • Tight End
  • Cornerback
  • Offensive Line depth
  • Top OT Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Caleb Tiernan, Northwestern (No. 41)
  • Kage Casey, Boise State (No. 78)
  • Carter Smith, Indiana (No. 68)
  • Offensive line depth is a new addition to the Eagles' top draft needs, partially as a result of Lane Johnson's recent injury. While Johnson is playing well and expected to return at some point this season, he's been banged up a few times this season and will be 36 in May.

So, it wouldn't be a bad idea for Howie Roseman to invest in a succession plan for the six-time Pro Bowler, especially with someone who can also help fill in on the interior, if needed. All three prospects have some position flexibility, and the Indiana product is someone to keep an eye on during the College Football Playoffs.

"Smith is an alert, strong blocker with a stifling punch and excellent competitive toughness to steer and finish blocks," offensive line scout Brandon Thorn said in the Hoosier's scouting report

"Average lateral quickness and arm length create soft edges in pass protection, but his strength and effort help him minimize clean losses. A sound skill set led to his ascension up the draft board and projected NFL starter."

    Pittsburgh Steelers

    NC State v Miami
    Miami QB Carson Beck

    Draft Needs

  • Quarterback
  • Wide Receiver
  • Cornerback
  • Top Scheme Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Carson Beck, Miami (No. 55)
  • Garrett Nussmeier, LSU (No. 33)
  • Taylen Green, Arkansas (No. 38)
  • The Steelers are going to have a few critical quarterback decisions to make this offseason. It doesn't seem likely that the 41-year-old Aaron Rodgers is going to want to play again next season. He's talked about retirement before and now he's dealing with a wrist injury that could see him miss time. They have sixth-round pick Will Howard. He'll likely see some games.

If they don't like what they see then they could target a veteran and draft another project. Carson Beck, Garett Nussmeier and Taylen Green are all senior quarterbacks with skills worth developing. Beck and Nussmeier have done a lot to hurt their stock, but Beck's size and arm are tools the Steelers could be interested in.

"Carson Beck's play style and strengths fit the mold of a high-end game manager quarterback in the NFL," B/R scout Dame Parson wrote in his scouting report. "Beck has the skill-set suited for a team with good talent and culture that can win games. He excels in a point-guard role under center. He combines good anticipation, quick game efficiency and timely throwing."

    San Francisco 49ers

COLLEGE FOOTBALL: NOV 08 Texas A&M at Missouri
    Texas A&M G Chase Bisontis

    Draft Needs

  • Wide Receiver
  • Guard
  • Safety
  • Top G Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Chase Bisontis, Texas A&M (No. 64)
  • Logan Taylor, Boston College (No. 110)
  • Beau Stephens, Iowa (No. 141)
  • Guard has been discussed in Week 4 and Week 8 for the 49ers, but there are a few more names on B/R's Big Board to keep tabs on. With the College Football Playoff coming up, people in San Francisco will want to pay extra attention to the Texas A&M product listed above.

"Bisontis is a light-footed guard prospect who creates quick leverage and has good balance to stay centered, sustain and steer blocks," offensive line scout Brandon Thorn said.

"Bisontis needs to clean up his positional leverage to not open too early or lean into blocks, but he has the movement and recovery skills to compete for a starting guard job as a rookie and develop into a quality starter within his first contract."

    Seattle Seahawks

    Oklahoma State v Oregon
    Oregon G Emmauel Pregnon

    Draft Needs

  • Interior Offensive Line
  • Cornerback
  • Edge
  • Top G Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Emmanuel Pregnon, Oregon (No. 47)
  • Chase Bisontis, Texas A&M (No. 64)
  • Logan Taylor, Boston College (No. 110)
  • While center has been discussed a handful of times for the Seahawks, guard has only been mentioned once and several weeks ago. The team could afford to add one player at both interior offensive line spots this offseason, and it can stay within the Pacific Northwest to find a quality guard prospect.

"Pregnon is a stoutly-built people-mover with a nasty demeanor, tools and tape to be a long-term starting NFL guard," offensive line scout Brandon Thorn said in the Oregon product's scouting report.

"[He's a] reliable, stout presence in the run game. Pregnon can cover up, lift and uproot targets on base, double and combination blocks."

    Tampa Bay Buccaneers

    Baylor v Cincinnati
    Cincinnati TE Joe Royer

    Draft Needs

  • Linebacker
  • Edge Defender
  • Tight End
  • Top TE fits on B/R Big Board

  • Oscar Delp, Georgia (No. 114)
  • Dae'Quan Wright, Ole Miss (No. 134)
  • Joe Royer, Cincinnati (No. 143)
  • Tight ends have been discussed a couple of times for the Buccaneers–Week 3 and Week 8–but let's continue to work down B/R's big board and explore options in case Jason Licht prioritizes other positions in the draft.

While Delp and Wright receive plenty of attention playing in the SEC, the Cincinnati product is more of an "under the radar" prospect whom people in Tampa Bay might want to keep an eye on.

"Royer is an experienced tight end prospect, who shreds zone defense by always finding soft spots underneath and locating space after the catch," scout Daniel Harms said in the Bearcat's scouting report

"He plays with great timing in the offense and showcases fantastic hands, with an impressive catch radius for a shorter-armed tight end."

    Tennessee Titans

    31 of 32
COLLEGE FOOTBALL: OCT 11 Alabama at Missouri
    Alabama DL LT Overton

    Draft Needs

  • Edge-Rusher
  • Wide Receiver
  • Interior Offensive Line
  • Top Need Spotlight: WR

We've touched on who should be at the top of the Titans board earlier in the season, but that was before Carnell Tate emerged as a true top prospect in the class. The Ohio State product would be a great candidate to top the Titans wide receiver depth chart.

"Tate's height and wingspan offer a quarterback-friendly target He extends the catch point away from his frame and plucks the ball from the air. Tate is a bouncy athlete who can climb the ladder over defenders at the catch point. He has soft, reliable hands and excellent ball tracking skills." - B/R scout Dame Parson

Top DL Scheme Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Peter Woods, Clemson (No. 6)
  • LT Overton, Alabama (No. 20)
  • A'Mauri Washington, Oregon (No. 44)
  • Defensive line doesn't crack the top three needs for the Titans, but there's still room for an upgrade alongside T'Vondre Sweat and Jeffery Simmons on the interior. The Titans currently have the No. 1 pick, but trading back would put Peter Woods into play. He's the kind of disruptive defensive tackle who could put that defensive line over the top.

LT Overton could also address their need at edge and feels like the kind of pick that Mike Borgonzi would have been involved with in Kansas City.

"LT Overton is the most versatile defensive lineman in the 2026 NFL draft class. He's an impressive run defender with the potential to be an impactful pass-rusher at the next level." - B/R scout Matt Holder.

    Washington Commanders

    32 of 32
COLLEGE FOOTBALL: NOV 15 NC State at Miami
    Miami Edge Rueben Bain Jr.

    Draft Needs

  • Edge
  • Cornerback
  • No. 2 Wide Receiver
  • Top Edge Fits on B/R Big Board

  • Rueben Bain Jr., Miami (No. 2)
  • T.J. Parker, Clemson (No. 26)
  • R Mason Thomas, Oklahoma (No. 50)
  • It's been far too long since an edge rusher was discussed for the Commanders, and the focus there was mid to later first-round picks since the team was expected to be a playoff contender heading into the season. Now that Washington is moving up the draft order, it's important to monitor the top pass-rusher on B/R's big board.

"[Bain] can collapse the pocket when bull rushing and has impressive change-of-direction skills to be effective when turning speed to power," the Miami product's scouting report says.

"[Additionally, he's] flashed decent rip and cross-chop moves as secondary move options. Also, he has the athleticism to be an effective looper in line games and good bend at the top of the rush to take efficient paths to the quarterback."
