Bill Belichick, Girlfriend Jordon Hudson Spoofed in Photo of NC Halloween Decorations

One college football fan in Greensboro is celebrating the Halloween season with a spooky rendition of UNC coach Bill Belichick and his girlfriend Jordon Hudson.

A skeletal version of Belichick, complete with UNC sweatshirt, visor and clipboard, standing with Hudson by his side was spotted by UNC sports podcaster Ross Martin in a North Carolina yard.

The Halloween decoration is a nod to Hudson's frequent presence on the sidelines during UNC's first season under Belichick.

The Tar Heels are off to a 2-3 start to Belichick's debut campaign as a college head coach. Those three losses all came in blowout defeats by Power 4 opponents in which UNC was outscored by a total of 120-33.

This rough stretch has been further marred by off-field controversies including the reported influence of 24-year-old Hudson on the program.

Further controversy surrounded Belichick's apparent decision to vacation with Hudson during a bye week, as well as rumors the New England Patriots head coach had banned scouting visits from and social media posts about his former team.

After an Oct. 6 report from WRAL quoted a team source as saying the Tar Heels were "an unstructured mess" with "no culture," rumors surfaced that Belichick was discussing a potential buyout with UNC.

Those reports were enough to get a reaction from both Belichick and UNC athletics director Bubba Cunningham, who said in statements released Oct. 8 that both are committed to the head coach staying in Chapel Hill.

The Tar Heels return for their sixth game of the Belichick era on Friday against host Cal. Belichick will hope to get focus back on the field by leading his team to an ACC victory against the Golden Bears at 10:30 p.m. ET.
