Colorado's Deion Sanders Posts Cryptic IG Photo Amid Health Issue Recovery
Colorado football coach Deion Sanders hinted at a possible return to the public eye after reportedly taking time away from his program due to a health issue this summer.
"I'm coming," Sanders wrote on an Instagram story posted Saturday.

The photo was posted a few days before Sanders is scheduled to make an appearance during Big 12 preseason media availability at the Dallas Cowboys' headquarters in Frisco, Texas, per USA Today's Brent Schrotenboer.
The media availability will be broadcast on ESPN on Tuesday and Wednesday, according to the Big 12. Colorado's Julian Lewis, Kaidon Salter, Jordan Seaton, DJ McKinney and Alejandro Mata are also slated to make appearances.
Sanders first said in a livestream with Asante Samuel on May 30 that he had been away from the spotlight while dealing with an issue that caused him to lose 14 pounds and sapped his energy.
Schrotenboer reported on June 9 that Sanders had "been away at his estate in Texas, dealing with an unspecified health issue" while Colorado's annual high school and youth summer football camps began in Boulder.
Deion Sanders Jr. has since shared updates on his father's recovery on his YouTube channel, including a June 21 video of Sanders fishing with former Colorado star Travis Hunter and a July 4 video of Lil Wayne visiting the Colorado coach.
"It's a beautiful thing," Deion Jr. said in the June 21 video. "Coach Prime, back active, moving around. God is great. Not back active moving around, but it's progress."
Sanders has previously battled issues involving blood clots in both legs that led to the amputation of two toes.
The 57-year-old is heading into his third season at Colorado, which is set to begin on Aug. 29 with a home game against Georgia Tech.
