Notable Stats
0: Female NBA Summer League head coaches before Becky Hammon

Becky Hammon made history in Las Vegas last Saturday as the first female to be the head coach of an NBA Summer League team.
Her San Antonio Spurs squad lost a close contest to the New York Knicks 73-78 that day, but it would even its record Sunday with an 89-74 triumph over the Milwaukee Bucks.
Hammon, who also became the first full-time NBA assistant head coach with the Spurs last fall, had the following to say after Saturday's game, per ESPN's J.A. Adande:
"I just think it's important [for] society that women be rewarded for their brains just as much as any guy. To me, it's always about bigger picture. We want to make sure that when your wife or your daughter goes in for a job interview, she gets the same opportunity that a guy gets. I think that's the bigger picture, that's the bigger goal. Whether it's basketball or in the army or in CEOs or in operating rooms, we want women there.
"
Will Hammon one day coach an NBA squad during the regular season? Don't be surprised if she does, with her keen basketball mind and the motivation to break barriers.
27.5: Points per game by New Orleans Pelicans guard Seth Curry through two contests
Seth Curry will probably never be the league MVP like his older brother, Stephen, but his Summer League performance so far indicates he can be a capable role player in the NBA.
The younger Curry has lit up the Cox Pavilion two games in a row now, putting up 30 and 25 points Friday and Saturday, respectively. He's used just 40 shots to reach those 55 points, as he's found the free-throw line enough to make 16-of-18 from the charity stripe, despite a rough 3-of-16 showing from three-point range. His mid-range shot may actually be his most lethal weapon.
As Bleacher Report's Andy Bailey noted, Seth could fit well with the New Orleans Pelicans, the squad he's playing for in Las Vegas.
But, if teams can get over comparing his skill set with his brother's (which will obviously favor Stephen in nearly every aspect of the game), Seth will have plenty of teams seeking out his services come training camp.
3: Made three-pointers by Bobby Portis in the Chicago Bulls' Saturday victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves
Bobby Portis only made three three-pointers in a game once in his college career. But it took him only one contest to reach that number in the NBA, with an extended arc, mind you.
Offensively, the former Arkansas standout is known mainly for his mid-range shooting and ability to hustle for second-chance and transition points, but it appears his three-point stroke is becoming an increasingly dangerous weapon.
Yes, Portis followed up his excellent first game (23 points on 9-of-14 shooting and 3-of-4 from three, plus seven rebounds) with a putrid second outing (1-of-10 shooting for five points) Sunday. But if his three-point acumen proves to be legitimate, he'll easily end up as one of the steals of the 2015 draft.
He may not get many minutes in the Bulls' crowded frontcourt during the 2015-16 season, but he'll get his chance at some point.
