Caitlin Clark Says She Felt 'Bad' for Cavs During Blowout Loss to Pacers in Game 4

The Indiana Pacers blew out the Cleveland Cavaliers so much during Sunday's Game 4 of their second-round series that one of the team's most famous fans started feeling sorry for the visitors.

"It was just one of those nights where you literally could not miss," Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark said during a postgame interview with Pacers radio host Eddie White (h/t Scott Agness of Fieldhouse Files).

"It was Aaron (Nesmith). It was Myles (Turner). It was Pascal (Siakam). It was just one to the next. And it was really, really fun to watch. I felt, honestly, just bad for the Cavs at one point. But, man, that was some good basketball."

Clark has been a regular at the Pacers' playoff games during their run to this point and was in attendance with teammate Aliyah Boston for Sunday's 129-109 win.

The final score was closer than the game actually was, as Indiana took a stunning 80-39 lead into halftime and seemingly took its foot off the proverbial gas in the second half. Both teams largely emptied their benches down the stretch as they put the finishing touches on the game.

Seven Pacers finished in double figures, and they connected on 15-of-35 three-pointers (42.9 percent) as they seized a commanding 3-1 lead in the series. Things got even worse for Cleveland, as Donovan Mitchell didn't play in the second half after appearing to suffer an ankle injury during warmups at intermission.

Cleveland is already facing an uphill battle with a 3-1 deficit, and it is nearly impossible to envision it coming back if Mitchell is sidelined. Darius Garland, Evan Mobley and De'Andre Hunter already missed Game 2 and may not be 100 percent healthy either.

It has reached a point that Clark felt a little bad for the Eastern Conference's No. 1 seed.

But that surely won't stop her from pulling for the Pacers to continue their postseason run and make a second straight Eastern Conference Finals appearance with one more victory.
