Scottish Open 2015: Leaderboard Scores and Highlights from Thursday
Denmark's Thorbjorn Olesen leads the way by one shot after Day 1 at the Scottish Open having produced a faultless seven-under-par round of 63 at Gullane Golf Club on Thursday.
The 25-year-old carded seven birdies and no bogeys as he flew out of the traps in East Lothian, with Daniel Brooks' evening 64 the next-best score from the day.
Graeme McDowell, Rickie Fowler and defending champion Justin Rose sit three off the pace at four under.

It was quite a return to form for Olesen, who has missed the cut in five of his last six events since losing a playoff for the Mauritius Open in May.
He birdied three of the last four holes to storm home, his two on the par-three 17th coming courtesy of a 30-foot holed putt.
Olesen was clearly delighted with his day's work as he proved that he is very much the man to beat after Day 1, per the European Tour: "It's been a tough time but I keep working on the right things and hopefully it will come. I showed today I can still shoot low rounds. I hit almost every green—only missing the 18th—and hit a lot of fairways and greens today, which was the key."
England's Brooks made a late play for round of the day as he came through in the final group and birdied the last to claim second place on his own overnight.
McDowell looked to be back in some form as he shot six birdies on the opening sixteen holes, only to bogey the final two.
He still sits well-placed just three shots back, though, and will no doubt be pleased with his play ahead of next week's Open Championship.
Similarly, Rose's game looks in decent nick, his 66 coming courtesy of birdies on two, four, 10, 16 and 18, his solitary bogey coming on the 17th.
Ireland's Shane Lowry also finished the day on four under after a bogey-less round which included a pearl of a drive on the par-five 16th, per the European Tour:
Fowler seems to have put the travails of the U.S. Open behind him—he missed the cut at Chambers Bay—as he also shot 66, with three birdies coming in the last four holes.
2013 champion Phil Mickelson endured a mixed round as he shot a one-under-par 69 with four birdies and three bogeys.
American world No. 12 Jimmy Walker is one of seven players on five under after a round of 65, and he will hope to reel Olesen in on Friday to be well-placed for the weekend's action.
The Dane will be hard to beat if he continues in such form, but Gullane will have plenty more challenges for him and the rest of the field over the next three days.
