Greenbrier Classic 2015: Tee Times, Dates, TV Schedule, Prize Money
Bubba Watson headlines the field in the 2015 Greenbrier Classic after the lefty jumped to No. 3 in the world golf rankings with a victory in last week's Travelers Championship. Watson may have an advantage yet again, as he has plenty of familiarity at The Old White TPC due to his summer home at The Greenbrier.
Watson will be challenged by U.S. Open runner-up Louis Oosthuizen, who couldn't keep his run of good form going after brilliantly navigating Chambers Bay and missed the cut at the Travelers. Speaking of a run of bad form, Tiger Woods will take on The Old White TPC in his first start since his horrific showing in the U.S. Open, missing the cut after scores of 80 and 76.

Luckily for the players entering the Greenbrier Classic with little momentum, The Old White TPC is known to yield some pretty low numbers and is a great course to build confidence. In fact, in the tournament's inaugural year (2011), Stuart Appleby shot a final-round 59 to claim the title. In both 2012 and 2014, the eventual winners both shot a pair of 64s over the weekend to emerge victorious.
Needless to say, we should expect to see some fireworks—and not just because the Fourth of July is approaching.
So, as we anxiously await the field to tee it up and pick apart The Old White TPC, let's take a look at the tournament's essential viewing information, prize money and some notable Thursday tee times.

Stars to Watch

All eyes will be fixed on Watson in the Greenbrier Classic. The world No. 3 enjoyed a great bounce-back campaign after a missed cut in the U.S. Open, winning the Travelers Championship in a playoff over Paul Casey. Now, the southpaw enters familiar territory.
Not only does Watson reside part time at The Greenbrier, but he's had plenty of success in the tournament in past years, notching eight rounds in the 60s in his two appearances for an average score of 68.5. Still, he has yet to crack the top 15 in the Greenbrier Classic, and with his current momentum, he'll have a great chance to get that done this time around.
Casey has been having himself a quietly good 2015 campaign. In 14 events, he's notched two runner-up finishes and four other top-10 showings. He's coming off a playoff loss to Watson in the Travelers, and his recent success can be attributed to some great iron play, as he ranks sixth on the PGA Tour in greens in regulation, per PGATour.com—a stat that will serve him well in the Greenbrier Classic.
While this will be Casey's first appearance in the tournament, don't count him out due to a lack of experience. After all, his runner-up finish in the Travelers came in his debut at TPC River Highlands. He'll be carrying plenty of momentum with him this week.

Oosthuizen was one of the biggest stories following the U.S. Open. After a dreadful opening round of 77, he righted the ship in a big way to shoot 66, 66, 67 over the last three days and finish just one stroke behind eventual winner Jordan Spieth.
The South African wasn't spectacular in his follow-up event, missing the cut at the Travelers; however, while his pair of 71s weren't enough to play over the weekend, they certainly didn't signify a collapse in form.
Webb Simpson will be a name to keep an eye on this week. He's had plenty of success at Greenbrier, notching three top-10 finishes in his last four starts. That kind of past success is exactly what Simpson needs right now, as he's produced an absolute roller-coaster season, earning a runner-up finish in the Wells Fargo Championship and adding two other top-10 showings but failing to get in the mix in his other nine starts.
