Championship Table 2015: Football Results, Final Standings and Playoff Fixtures
Bournemouth claimed the 2014-15 Championship title and promotion to the Premier League on Saturday as they beat Charlton Athletic, 3-0.
They leapfrogged already-promoted Watford into the top spot as the Hornets could only draw with Sheffield Wednesday.
Brentford sneaked into the Championship play-offs at the expense of Derby County as they beat relegated Wigan Athletic, 3-0. The Rams needed only a point at home to Reading to confirm a play-off spot, but a 3-0 defeat saw them drop down to the eighth spot in the table.

Steve McLaren's Derby were tipped as potential title-winners ahead of the start of the 2014-15 season, but a late-term malaise has seen them slip out of the play-off spots.
Just two wins from 12 ahead of the Reading fixture had seen them slip down the standings, but they still needed just a point to confirm a play-off place.
They made a disastrous start as Kwesi Appiah scored in the second minute, with Darren Bent then squandering a glorious chance to draw level with a missed penalty in first-half stoppage time.
Reading then made it 2-0 through Michael Hector, and a Garath McCleary penalty was the final nail in the coffin for the Rams and their fans.
In truth, it was a desperately poor performance from Derby, while Reading impressed, per The Guardian's Daniel Taylor:
Brentford were the beneficiaries of Derby's horror show, as goals from Andre Gray, Jota and Alex Pritchard saw them to a 3-0 win against Wigan and into a play-off spot.
Watford had one hand on the Championship trophy until late on in their match with Sheffield Wednesday before Atdhe Nuhiu tied things up at 1-1.
Watford's draw meant that Bournemouth's 3-0 win at Charlton was enough to see them finish the season as champions, a deserved accolade for Eddie Howe's exciting side, per WhoScored.com:
Ipswich slipped to sixth as they lost 3-2 away to Blackburn Rovers, but the Tractor Boys scraped into the play-offs on goal difference, and they set up a tasty semi-final against rivals Norwich.
The Canaries finished the season with a 4-2 win over Fulham, sealing third spot in the Championship as Boro could only claim a goalless draw with Brighton & Hove Albion.
Wolves tried their best to claim a play-off spot with a 4-2 win over Millwall, but Ipswich's and Brentford's superior goal difference proved the key.
As had already been confirmed ahead of Saturday's play, Millwall, Wigan and Blackpool are relegated to League One.
The Seasiders fans staged a protest against the owning Oyston family in their fixture against Huddersfield, forcing the game to be abandoned, per BBC Sport:
Bournemouth are promoted as champions and will be joined by Watford in the Premier League next season.
One of Norwich, Brentford, Middlesbrough or Ipswich will join them, but first, they must endure the nerve-shredding entertainment that is the play-offs.
