Women's Tournament 2015: Schedule, Bracket Predictions for Saturday Subregionals
The start of the 2015 NCAA women's tournament on Friday didn't bring any major upsets, but there's still hope for history to be made as Saturday marks the end of the round of 64.
While top seeds Notre Dame and South Carolina were never seriously tested in their opening-round affairs, No. 3 seeds Oregon State and Iowa were given upset scares on the tournament's opening day while No. 4 Duke nearly made Albany the second No. 13 seed to advance into the second round.
Things won't truly heat up in the Big Dance until some of the higher seeds start to face one another in the latter rounds. But with every team just 40 minutes away from defeat, anything can happen in the tournament setting.

Predictions for Biggest Games
No. 8 Princeton vs. No. 9 Green Bay

It's not very often that a No. 8 seed is bringing an undefeated record into the NCAA tournament, but the season that the Princeton Tigers just had has been far from normal.
Princeton expected to be discounted somewhat despite its unbeaten record of 30-0 that it takes into the tournament after not climbing higher than 13th in the ranking, but an eight-seed was nonetheless jarring. ESPN Stats and Info also noted how the Tigers can make history for more than themselves by continuing to win:
While their No. 8 seed may spell doom in the second round in having to most likely face a top seed next, it won't doom them against ninth-seeded Green Bay.
The Phoenix are entering the tournament on the heels of 11 straight wins, but they needed overtime to overcome Wright State and advance into the tournament. President Barack Obama picked Princeton as a Final Four team, per ESPN, for a reason, as the Tigers have ripped through all of their competition thus far.
The Tigers don't just win their games, they blow opponents out with 11 of their wins this season coming by margins of 30 points or more. Princeton won't be beating many teams by 30 in a NCAA tournament setting, but will use the motivation of a lowly tourney seed to brisk through the Phoenix.
Prediction: Princeton 71, Green Bay 60
No. 7 Chattanooga vs. No. 10 Pittsburgh

The unbeaten season from Princeton has taken some hype away from another season of mid-major domination, as Chattanooga's Lady Mocs haven't lost since Dec. 1 and have rattled off 25 straight victories entering tournament play.
Not only are the Lady Mocs among the hottest teams in the nation, but they face a Pittsburgh team mired in its roughest patch of the season. The Panthers dropped three of four to finish the season, to make for a 19-11 record that just barely got them into the tournament field.
Chattanooga has done pretty much all it can with its schedule to prove itself this season. The Lady Mocs topped in-state rival and then-fourth-ranked Tennessee in November for the second straight year, and also pulled out a 54-46 win over Stanford just weeks later. Oh, and they also boast the nation's second-ranked defense, per NCAA.com.
Playing in nearby Knoxville, Tennessee, Chattanooga will have a massive advantage in atmosphere against a Panthers team that arguably didn't deserve a spot in the tournament field.
No. 6 Texas A&M vs. No. 11 Arkansas-Little Rock

The upset picks aren't numerous by any means on Saturday's slate, but one of the most sensical picks to make may end up being No. 11 Arkansas-Little Rock taking it to sixth-seeded Texas A&M in their Tempe subregional affair.
The Aggies present a massive size advantage with Arkansas-Little Rock not boasting a player taller than 6'1", but the Trojans have no such troubles in the backcourt where Texas A&M figures to struggle. The Aggies lost starting point guard Jordan Jones for the season on Feb. 25, which began a span in which they lost three of their final four games.
While an unfortunate injury has the Aggies reeling, the Trojans are headed straight up following a dominant run through the Sun Belt. Only three teams allow less points per game than UALR, who give up just 51 on average per contest.
That will prove to be too much for Texas A&M, which still hasn't found its footing in the wake of its point guard's absence.
Prediction: UALR 61, Texas A&M 56
