B/R UK tweeted an image of Luca:
Although his father is known for being a world-class midfielder, Luca resides between the sticks as a goalkeeper. Instead of scoring a ridiculous volley in the Champions League final—a moment for which his father will be forever immortalised—he will be looking to stop others repeating the feat.
In February, David Kent of the MailOnline reported how Luca was "the star of the show" during Madrid under-17s' 1-0 win over Manchester City. Kent suggested he is a future first-team player, saying: "He pulled off a string of top-drawer saves to keep the English club at bay and he duly scooped man-of-the-match honours."
A video of Luca in action can be seen below:
He is the younger brother of 19-year-old midfielder Enzo, who is also making a name for himself on Madrid's books. The dream of a Zidane-filled team is being further kept alive by 12-year-old Theo and nine-year-old Elyaz, both of whom are involved with the Bernabeu club, according to Transfermarkt.com.
All will look to follow in the footsteps of their old man (without the headbutt), who led France to World Cup and European Championship success between 1998-2000.
