Indian Open Snooker 2015: Friday Scores, Saturday Schedule, Prize Money Info
Mumbai's Grand Hyatt hotel played host to a stacked Indian Open schedule on Friday as the remaining competitors ravaged through two rounds of the tournament in the buildup to Sunday's final.
Just four now remain as the field was reduced from 16 on Friday, with Mark Williams, Ricky Walden, Thepchaiya Un-Nooh and Michael White standing as our 2015 semi-finalists.
Welsh natives Williams and White ensure at least one Welshman will make it to Sunday's crescendo, while Walden will take on Un-Nooh in the hopes of making it an all-British affair.
Read on for recap of Friday's results as the Indian Open combatants look to make their surge toward the £50,000 top prize.

Friday Recap
A demanding day of action saw Williams take on the unenviable task of Judd Trump in his round-of-16 matchup, his opponent having struggled with a shoulder injury throughout his India stay.
However, Trump was no easy obstacle to overcome and forced Williams into a decider at 3-3 before succumbing in the seventh frame, each player registering a century break apiece, per WorldSnookerData.com.

Robert Milkins was the next to fall to Williams, who succeeded in setting up a final-four encounter with Michael White, where only one Welshman will advance to the finale.
White beat Li Hang and Chris Wakelin in the round of 16 and quarter-finals, respectively, each by 4-2 scorelines, and was quoted by IBN Live as saying of his prospects:
"I have had a good season so far and been playing well. A couple of quarter-final finishes besides winning the shootout last week have given me a lot of confidence.
Also, I have learnt to be disciplined off the table as I used to spend a lot of time hanging out with friends, drinking and stuff. So, now I look forward to playing Williams whom I have beaten before.
"
Un-Nooh was also among the names impressing early on Friday, and he continued his run as the only remaining wildcard entrant left in the contest with a 4-1 rout of Jamie Jones.
The Thai representative even managed a spectacular break of 123 in the final frame of his win over Jones, quoted by World Snooker as proclaiming that even he didn't imagine going this far:
Un-Nooh showed not only class, but composure, too, as he retook the spotlight later on Friday with a 4-2 victory over world No. 18 Mark Davis.
If earlier results in the tournament were thought to be fortunate, one can now consider Un-Nooh's quality genuine, with Walden awaiting him on Friday with another massive figure in need of beating.

After beating 2013 finalist Aditya Mehta on Thursday, Walden dropped only two of the 10 frames he played on Friday, beating Tian Pengfei with an unanswered scoreline before moving past Joe Perry 4-2 in the quarters.
Per NDTV Prime, "The Walnut" will head into his semi-final against Un-Nooh as the highest-ranked player remaining in the competition, currently eighth in the world:
Un-Nooh's journey has been an incredible one to watch in Mumbai thus far, and after notching no fewer than three 50-plus breaks against Davis in his most recent outing, there will be added expectation on the 29-year-old to perform.
And Walden will be a terrific task, with White and Williams making up a superb cast of talents for the latter stages of this year's Indian Open, promising to lay on a festive display in the final four.
