Man Blocked from Metro by Chelsea Fans Turns Down Invite to Stamford Bridge
The Parisian man who was blocked from boarding a metro train by Chelsea fans has turned down an invite to Stamford Bridge.
Souleymane Sylla was pushed off the train by Chelsea fans three weeks ago on the same night the club drew 1-1 with Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.
Chelsea tried to make amends for the apparently racially motivated action by inviting Sylla to the second leg this Wednesday night, but he was having none of it.

He told RTL radio, as per Eurosport:
"I won't go. They can't buy me with a little piece of paper. I'm not a child. I don't want to sit in that stadium next to those people who pushed me.
I still hear the voices of those people who pushed me because of the colour of my skin.
I can't go to work anymore. I live with racism but it's the first time I've had to go to a doctor to ask for pills to calm myself down.
"
Chelsea fans were heard to sing "We're racist and that's the way we like it," immediately after the incident on the Paris metro.
Chelsea swiftly suspended three people from Stamford Bridge after investigating the incident.
