Who's in?

That question will be asked over and over leading up to what promises to be an exciting Selection Sunday. There are bubble teams from each conference vying for a bid in the NCAA tournament, and they'll all find out their respective fates on March 15.

Missing out on the Big Dance is painful after fighting through a grueling regular season, and some squads will ultimately be relegated to spend March Madness as a participant of the NIT or CBI. Rest assured, debates over which teams will find their way into the NCAA tournament will continue until the big reveal on Selection Sunday.

Notable Bubble-Team Predictions

Connecticut

The NCAA tournament's defending champions haven't quite looked the same without Shabazz Napier in the fold. The Connecticut Huskies enter the AAC tournament with a 17-13 record and will need a strong showing to earn a berth in the Big Dance.

It's been quite a roller-coaster season for Connecticut. The team was able to put together some good wins against Dayton, Cincinnati, Tulsa and SMU; however, it also suffered some bad losses against Yale and Houston—getting swept by Memphis didn't help, either.

A March 1 victory over SMU appeared to get the Huskies headed in the right direction, as the win marked the team's third straight. Although, ending the regular season with back-to-back losses against Memphis and Temple severely hindered Connecticut's chances of entering the NCAA tournament, barring an incredible run in the AAC tournament.

Ryan Boatright has been phenomenal once again this season, averaging 17.8 points per game while shooting an impressive 42.4 percent from three-point range, but he won't be enough to propel the Huskies into the Big Dance.

Prediction: Out

Indiana

The Hoosiers lack any kind of defense, but a strong offense has kept this team afloat throughout the regular season. Indiana boasts plenty of sharpshooters who can score from anywhere on the floor. Yogi Ferrell, James Blackmon Jr. and Troy Williams have been outstanding on the offensive end of the court, but defensive breakdowns led to a 19-12 record and a spot on the bubble.

In an inconsistent season, the Hoosiers were able to rattle off some impressive wins against SMU, Butler, Pittsburgh, Ohio State, Illinois and Maryland; however, losses to Eastern Washington and Northwestern—and dropping eight of their final 12 games—doesn't help Indiana's NCAA tournament aspirations.

When Indiana gets hot, it can keep up with the nation's best teams. That was well on display during the team's Jan. 22 contest against Maryland, as the Hoosiers shot 60.0 percent from the floor and hit a whopping 15-of-22 from downtown in an 89-70 victory. Although, turning around to shoot a mere 36.5 percent in a loss to Northwestern doesn't bode well.

Luckily enough, Indiana is slated to face the Wildcats in the Big Ten tournament. If the Hoosiers can right the ship and take down Northwestern, they'll just barely squeeze into the Big Dance.

Prediction: In

Oregon

Much like Indiana, Oregon has lived and died on the offensive end of the court, ranking 24th in the nation in points per game but 273rd in points against. The Ducks ended the regular season on a five-game winning streak but due to a roller-coaster season, they are still on the bubble for an NCAA tournament berth.

Oregon's had some very decent showings throughout the season, winning against Illinois, UCLA, Utah and Stanford; however, losses to Michigan and Washington State cloud the Ducks' resume. Losing twice to a great team like Arizona generally isn't dooming, but doing so by a combined margin of 52 points doesn't exactly help Oregon's cause.

With the Pac-12 tournament looming, the Ducks have seemingly hit their stride. They struggled away from Eugene this season, but a big win at Stanford thanks to a couple of stellar performances from Elgin Cook and Joseph Young helped this team make its case for March Madness participation.

Oregon will face the winner of Colorado and Oregon State in Round 2 of the conference tournament, and a win should be more than enough to secure a berth in the NCAA tournament. Advancing to the final would likely make the Ducks a lock.
