Winter Transfer Window 2015: List of Deadline-Day Deals and Reaction
The final day of the January transfer window didn’t quite produce the same kind of fireworks that we’ve often been witness to on deadline day but business was still conducted by Chelsea, Manchester United and Co.
With teams reluctant to let players go at such a late stage, Premier League clubs chose not to splash the cash in earnest. But there was still a flurry of late business conducted, led by Juan Cuadrado's £26 million switch to Chelsea.
As noted by Kristian Walsh of the Liverpool Echo, it was a pretty quiet month for the most part:

Best Deadline Day Moves
Juan Cuadrado, Fiorentina to Chelsea

The fate of the Colombian flyer was always going to be the main focus on deadline day and he completed his move to Chelsea in a big-money switch:
Cuadrado is a player who will add a refreshed attacking edge to this Chelsea side. His ability to commit opponents, dazzle with his array of skills and make telling contributions in dangerous areas will improve this already formidable Blues team. After selling Andre Schurrle to Wolfsburg on the same day, it looks as though the Stamford Bridge club have got themselves an upgrade.
Ives Galarcep of Goal.com thinks the former Fiorentina man should clinch the title for Chelsea:
After shining in Serie A in myriad roles for La Viola, it was probably the right time for Cuadrado to tackle a new challenge head on. He may find it tough to adapt to the abrasive nature of the Premier League immediately, but in the long term he will blossom into a fine player for the Londoners.
Darren Fletcher, Manchester United to West Bromwich Albion

After a proposed move to West Ham United collapsed, the Scot ended a 20-year association with the Red Devils by signing for the Midlands club:
Fletcher may not be the most glamorous of acquisitions, but he’s a player who will add plenty to Tony Pulis’ side as they look to stave off the threat of relegation. The Scot is experienced, has superb leadership qualities and in addition to those intangible factors, a bit of class about his game too.
Kartik Krishnaiyer of World Soccer Talk thinks the 31-year-old is a fine signing for the Baggies:
Having won plenty of honours during his time with United, the rest of this toiling West Brom squad will look to Fletcher for inspiration in what’s been a difficult season. For the player himself—who has scarcely featured for United in recent years—getting some minutes under his belt as a key player in this Baggies team should help him produce some much more profitable displays.
Aaron Lennon, Tottenham Hotspur to Everton

Lennon was linked with a host of clubs on the final day of the window, but he eventually chose to join Everton on loan until the end of the season:
The former England man’s career has flat-lined at Tottenham under Mauricio Pochettino and a move for him was vital in order to get some valuable game time. Lennon is just 27 years old, will still feel like he has much to offer and will be hoping Toffees manager Roberto Martinez will provide him a chance of jump-starting him back to life.
Henry Winter of the Telegraph thinks this one is a good move for all parties:
The Goodison Park faithful will be hoping that the England winger will afford the team a direct option in the final third, something that has been in scant supply throughout this season. A sustained run of games should bring out the best in Lennon and his unselfish play in the final third will further accentuate the predatory abilities of club record signing Romelu Lukaku.
