Manchester United Season-Ticket Holders Face Ban If They Don't Watch Cambridge
Manchester United's season-ticket holders face a simple equation: buy a ticket for the Cambridge United FA Cup replay at Old Trafford on Feb. 3 or be excluded from attending the next home game in the Premier League against Sunderland.
According to the Daily Mail, United have not reduced the prices for the clash against the League Two minnows, meaning some fans can expect to fork out £50 for a seat to watch the game.
And in accordance with their stated policy, they will be preventing fans who don't spend the extra money from attending the following game.

Had United stolen a late winner at the Abbey Stadium, there would be no question of any fans being threatened with missing the Sunderland visit—and while this is the club's policy, the Cambridge replay has thrown it into stark relief.
The paper quote a United spokesman:
"We notify fans that failure to pay for a game in the cup scheme would mean a suspension from the next game.
The terms and conditions are clear: 'In respect of each home cup match for which the Ticket Holder fails to provide valid payment card details or for which the Ticket Holder’s card or payment is declined, the Ticket Holder’s Season Ticket may be suspended for one home league match.'
This measure was introduced at the start of the season before last. If we successfully sell the ticket the fan has failed to pay for, they can apply for a refund of the Sunderland ticket at the end of the season.
"
United are currently among the favourites to win the FA Cup after a weekend of shocks, which saw the elimination of Chelsea, Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur, among others.
