AB De Villiers Sets ODI Records During South Africa vs. West Indies
South Africa batsman AB de Villiers smashed the fastest ever one-day international century during his team’s clash with the West Indies. The 30-year-old brought up the landmark score in just 31 deliveries, per cricket.com.au, five balls faster than New Zealander Corey Anderson who was the previous record holder.

De Villiers has long been revered as one of the finest players in world cricket and now his name will be forever etched in the record books.
To score at such an astonishing rate takes incredible concentration, quality and confidence; hopefully we'll see more of the same from the batsman as South Africa go in search of the 2015 Cricket World Cup in a few weeks' time.
