NFL Draft 2015: Selection Order and Projections for Hottest Prospects
Two playoff teams have had their draft positions determined after they were eliminated on the first day of Wild Card Weekend.
Arizona's hapless offense let the team down against the Carolina Panthers as the Cards fell 27-16 on the road. In Saturday's other game, the Baltimore Ravens went into the Steel City and stuck it to their AFC North rivals, 30-17. Now the Cardinals and Steelers can turn their attention to the draft.
Here's the updated draft order for all teams in Round 1. Teams with an asterisk are still active in the postseason. Their final draft order will be determined once the team is eliminated or wins Super Bowl XLIX.

With most of the postseason bowl games in the books, we've seen some inspired performances from NFL draft hopefuls. Many of them are among the hottest prospects potentially available in the draft.
Marcus Mariota, QB, Oregon Ducks

Things went well for Mariota in 2014. He guided his team to the College Football Playoff and won the Heisman Trophy as well. Based on the way he played against the Florida State Seminoles on New Year's Day, his 2015 is off to a pretty good start.
Against a defense chock full of future NFL players, Mariota was just as good as he had been all season long.
He completed 26-of-36 passes, threw for 338 yards and two touchdowns, and ran for another score. Should Mariota declare for the draft, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' selection should be obvious.
According to Greg Auman of The Tampa Bay Times, former Bucs coach Tony Dungy thinks Mariota is the right choice for his former team.
Jay Ajayi, RB, Boise State Broncos
When you read most rankings of the top running backs in the upcoming draft, the Broncos Ajayi's name doesn't usually come up. After his performance in the Fiesta Bowl, that could be about to change.
Danny Kanell of ESPNU thinks Ajayi is ready to cash in as a pro.
Ajayi found the end zone three times and ran for 134 yards on 22 carries. If this is the last game of his college career, he'll leave Boise State as the school's third all-time leader in rushing yards and rushing touchdowns.
He could be a steal for a team in the second or third round. A team like the Baltimore Ravens or Minnesota Vikings would be wise to strongly consider taking him with the 54th or 45th pick, respectively.
Melvin Gordon, RB, Wisconsin Badgers

Gordon has long been considered one of the best running back prospects in the nation. In the Outback Bowl against the Auburn Tigers, he proved he is worthy of the status.
The Heisman finalist ran wild against the Tigers to a tune of 251 yards and three touchdowns on 34 carries.
That was the sixth time this season Gordon eclipsed the 200-yard rushing mark and the eighth time he scored two or more touchdowns. Gordon has already declared for the NFL draft, and any team considering taking a running back in the first round has to be looking at him.
With running back Ryan Mathews consistently battling injuries every season, the San Diego Chargers have to strongly consider drafting Gordon with the No. 18 pick.
