NFL Draft 2015: Updated Draft Order and Predictions for Top Selections
With the end of the regular season and most of the bowl games in the books, another layer of information is available to ponder as it pertains to the 2015 NFL draft.
The draft order has been determined for non-playoff teams, and many of the top prospects have already played their final games in college. Stocks are up—or at least maintained—for a few, and that will be reflected at the very top of the draft.
Here's a look at the updated draft order. Teams with an asterisk are playoff teams. Their final draft spot won't be determined until they are either eliminated or win the Super Bowl. Just below the table is a look at how the top three picks might go.

1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Marcus Mariota, QB, Oregon Ducks

The Oregon Ducks' win over the defending champion Florida State Seminoles on Thursday was big for the program, and it was huge for Mariota's NFL draft stock.
Facing a defense chock-full of future NFL players, Mariota looked every bit as good as he has all season. He threw for 338 yards and two touchdowns. He ran for another 62 and scored on the ground as well.
If the Bucs had any concerns about taking the Heisman Trophy winner with the first selection, should he declare, those reservations should have been put to rest. As SportsCenter breaks down his year by the numbers, there is no question that Mariota is the real deal.
2. Tennessee Titans, Jameis Winston, QB, Florida State Seminoles

Winston had a costly fumble in the national semifinal game, but overall he played well. The Seminoles defense simply couldn't get stops against Mariota and the Ducks offense. There will be tons of questions about Winston's character and maturity during the draft process—if he decides to leave school.
On the field, he has all the tools necessary to be an above-average starter in the NFL. That's something the Titans don't currently have.
3. Jacksonville Jaguars, Leonard Williams, DL, USC Trojans

In the Trojans' thrilling 45-42 win over the Nebraska Cornhuskers in the Holiday Bowl, Williams made his presence felt with a sack and six tackles, per CFBStats.com.
At 6'5" and 300 pounds, Williams has the size to play as a defensive tackle in a 4-3. Yet he also has the speed and athleticism to play defensive end in the same scheme, as well as in a 3-4. The Jags have several holes to fill. Drafting Alabama's dynamic wide receiver Amari Cooper is a possibility if he declares.
However, if Jacksonville goes the best-player-available route, it will should draft Williams, who has already announced his intentions to turn pro, per the Trojans website. Williams has also said he "would love to play for [the] Oakland [Raiders]," per Gary Klein and Lindsey Thiry of The Los Angeles Times.
Jacksonville would be wise to make sure he doesn't continue to play in California.
