Premier League Week 29 Fixtures: Dates, Times, Preview, Live Stream and TV Info
Much is at stake in the Premier League on Week 29, with a top-five clash between Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur, as well as a bottom-of-the-table showdown between Cardiff City and Fulham.
Manchester City's Capital One Cup win has also set the league's sixth-place spot for Europa League qualification, which will boost Manchester United's chance of European football next season.
But David Moyes' men will have to overcome tricky opposition from West Brom at the Hawthorns, who will go into the game with the Red Devils knowing three points will offer a big boost to their survival hopes.

The Baggies beat United 2-1 at Old Trafford earlier in the season, and they will take confidence from the Manchester victory as the sides go to war in the Midlands.

Can Spurs keep pressure on the top four?
Tottenham's 1-0 win against Cardiff on Sunday kept the club's Champions League ambitions alive as they travel to Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea remain unbeaten at home this seasonโan excellent undefeated Premier League run at home under Jose Mourinhoโso it'll be a tough test if Tim Sherwood's side are to triumph.
A win is vital for the North London side to keep up their top-four hunt, knowing victory would put them just three points behind second-placed Liverpool and fierce rivals Arsenal.

As the race for Champions League qualification heats up, Spurs' trip to Chelsea is followed by matches against Arsenal, Southampton and Liverpool, which will either make or break the side's hopes of returning to the major European competition.
They will also know that Arsenal's horror fixture run-in, including the North London derby as well as FA Cup and Champions League commitments, could prove to Spurs' benefit, with Sherwood's men left to just focus on league form and a two-leg Europa League bout with Benfica.
It gets better for Spurs, too.
City's two games in handโsoon to be three after Week 29 fixturesโinclude a match against Arsenal, with the Gunners also facing their own trip to Stamford Bridge, which could open the door for Spurs to sneak back into Champions League football.
Can Fulham get survival race back on track with a win in Wales?
Fulham have largely been the most disappointing Premier League side this season, and after parting company with Martin Jol, the side's fortunes haven't looked much improved under Felix Magath.
The Cottagers are rooted to the bottom of the table and, with a gruelling trip to fellow strugglers Cardiff, the side cannot afford to be on the end of another defeat.

Sitting four points adrift of safety, and knowing that Crystal Palace, West Brom and Sunderland hold games in hand over the rest of the relegation-battling sides, Magath's men will know that defeat will all but spell relegation.
Four of Cardiff's five league wins have come at home this season, which won't give Fulham fans too much confidence ahead of their trip to the Welsh capital. It also won't help that the Cottagers are on the back of a 3-1 defeat by rivals Chelsea.
But one piece of good news, ahead of the Week 29 clash, is that captain Brede Hangeland was given the all-clear after his clash of heads with teammate Kieran Richardson:
Richardson spoke with theย Independent's Glenn Mooreย about Fulham's chances of survival and cast experience from West Brom's Great Escape in 2005:
"Cardiff was always going to be a big one. It will be hard going there because they're fighting for survival too. They're at home and their fans are going to be up for it as well. But we've got to go there, play our game, hopefully win.
You have to keep the faith. After a result like Chelsea you can't afford for your heads to go down and to be thinking about that rather than the next game.
I know from what happened with West Brom that you can turn it round with a couple of results. The lads all know it's not that far off. If we can get four or five points or so we'd be out of the relegation zone. There's 10 games to go, that's 30 points, a lot to play for.
"
A win for Fulham could spell the start of their own Great Escape, and with games against Aston Villa, Norwich, Hull, Stoke and Crystal Palace before the season's close, a catalyst is what Fulham need.
