Despite leading the tournament, the Gunners couldn't get past Everton and only secured one point at the Emirates Stadium.

There were also several surprises. The most astounding was Newcastle’s win over Manchester United at Old Trafford.

Manchester United lost for the second consecutive time at home, something that hadn't happened since May 2002.
Wayne Rooney missed the game and Marouane Fellaini was not even on the bench.

Cardiff City scored their last goal in the Premier League in November, against Manchester United.
This weekend, The Bluebirds visited Selhurst Park to face Crystal Palace.
The Eagles won the match 2-0 and are one point behind Cardiff, which also means they are closer than ever to leaving the relegation zone.
Second Win in a Row for Crystal Palace Coach Tony Pulis

For the Eagles the win against Cardiff meant their second consecutive victory since coach Tony Pulis took over in November.
Crystal Palace will visit Chelsea next weekend in the hope to grab three points at Stamford Bridge.
Liverpool Are Second in the Table

The Reds took advantage of Chelsea’s defeat against Stoke City and also have 30 points, just like the Blues. However, Liverpool's goal difference is better—16 against 13.
Luis Suarez Tops the Goal Scoring Table

Uruguay international Luis Suarez bagged his 14th goal of the season, becoming the top scorer of the tournament.
This is Suarez's second most successful Premier League season so far. In the previous one (2012-13), he had 23 goals to his count.
Kevin Nolan Receives the Only Red Card of the Weekend

Kevin Nolan was sent off in West Ham’s defeat to Liverpool. Nolan kicked Jordan Henderson from behind in the 82nd minute.
Three Own Goals in a Single Match

The match between Liverpool and West Ham United was the second game in Premier League history that had three own goals.
The first one was from Guy Demel in the 42nd minute; in the second half Martin Skrtel returned the favour to The Hammers, and finally Joey O'Brien sent the ball to the back of his team's net in the 84th minute.

Stoke City stunned Chelsea and secured their fourth win of the season and gained two spots in the table. The Potters now sit in 12th place.

The midfielder crafted great plays though the flanks, proving how valuable he is in Jose Mourinho's system.

Jose Mourinho Thinks Chelsea Are in Trouble

Jose Mourinho feels like Chelsea are in trouble after losing to Stoke City. Mourinho talked to the BBC and acknowledged that:
"I don't feel comfortable enough to tell you what I think about the game. We're in trouble. It is a concern [conceding so many goals]. I don't like it, I don't organise my teams to be like this.
"
The Blues hadn't conceded three or more goals in consecutive Premier League games since October 1999.
Norwich Secure a Crucial Win over West Brom

The 2-0 victory put the Canaries ahead of West Bromwich in the table. Now, Norwich have 17 points.
Tottenham Come from Behind to Win

Adam Johnson put Sunderland ahead of Tottenham in the 37th minute but Paulinho equalized before the first half ended.
As soon as the game resumed, John O'Shea sent the ball to his own goal, giving Spurs the win.
This was the first time Tottenham secured back to back wins since October, when they defeated Aston Villa and Hull City.
Dimitar Berbatov Seals the Deal for Fulham

Fulham are still in the relegation zone despite holding off Aston Villa on Sunday. Steve Sidwell and Dimitar Berbatov scored for the Cottagers and secured their first win in seven games.
In less than 10 minutes Fulham ended Villa's hopes and managed to leave the penultimate spot of the table.
Everton Hold off Arsenal

Arsenal have been atop the table since the fourth matchday but Everton put an end to their winning streak on home turf.
There were no goals for 80 minutes until Mesut Ozil took advantage of a rebound and sent the ball away.
But the Toffees had a secret weapon in Gerard Deulofeu who scored the equalizer three minutes after Ozil's feat.

Gerard Deulofeu is just 19 years old and he has already proven to be a very valuable asset.
He came to Everton through a loan from Barcelona. Deulofeu received the 2012 UEFA U-19 Championship Golden Player award after scoring two goals.
The Spaniard put the Toffees on the scoreboard with an amazing right-foot shot from inside the box.
Olivier Giroud Missed the Winner

Olivier Giroud had a great chance to give Arsenal the win but his header hit the bar in injury time.
Giroud hasn't scored since November, when the Gunners defeated Southampton thanks to a brace by the Frenchman.

Everton must thank Tim Howard for his first class performance against Arsenal. The American goalkeeper rejected shots from Santi Cazorla, Olivier Giroud and Aaron Ramsey.
Howard is currently the second best keeper in the Premier League, having conceded 14 goals, three more than Wojciech Szczesny.
