Giants Wrap-Up: Giants top Braves 6-3, Johnson gets 299th win
Randy Johnson had another solid outing, and so did the Giants offense. Aaron Rowand led the Giants' offense with two hits including an RBI double in the 6th. The Giants new lead off man also stole home in the 4th inning.
Randy Johnson picked up his 299th win and he deserved it. The Unit threw six innings of three hit ball and only gave up one run. He retired the Braves first nine hitters and 15 of the first 16 that he faced. Braves' starter Kenshin Kawakami did not fair nearly as well as Johnson did. Kawakami gave up nine hits and four runs in almost six innings of work.
