After general manager Ozzie Newsome announced three promotions to the Ravens personnel, including Joe Hortiz in charge of college scouting, Vincent Newsome as the head of pro-personnel, and Eric DeCosta being in charge of player personnel, it shows the Ravens are implementing strategies and restructuring not only their players, but their coaching staff.
New team defensive assistant Roy Anderson and Matt Weiss as the head coaching assistant will use their backgrounds to build a thriving defensive line. Weiss will be there to assist Harbaugh with the quality of his team.
Ravens head coach Harbaugh has a staff that will use their previous experience to make the Ravens a driving force on and off the field this season. In order to improve the team, the coaching staff will have to look at the past in order to build the future for the Ravens.
