WWE Hell in a Cell 2013: Bold Predictions for Top Feuds
WWE Hell in a Cell will feature four top feuds in yet another October showcase from WWE that must deliver.
With John Cena coming back into the fold to face Alberto Del Rio, that feud, Rhodes-Shield, Punk-Ryback and Bryan-Orton can all be considered high-profile encounters.
Like Orton and Bryan, Ryback and CM Punk will get the Hell in a Cell treatment to suit the pay-per-view's namesake. This was the exact scenario one year ago. The situation then served as a stark contrast to the situation now.

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
Ryback was a white-hot babyface who was getting over through a mix of squash matches that hid his limitations and a catchy "feed me more!" chant. Similar to this year, John Cena was recovering from an arm-related injury as he underwent procedures on his elbow.
Ryback was the next man up to take his spot in a premature WWE championship match against CM Punk, who was a heel at the time.
WWE found itself in a lose-lose situation. CM Punk couldn't drop the title with a big-money match against the Rock on the horizon, and Ryback couldn't lose clean given the immense time invested in his six-month winning streak.
A Ryback WWE championship match probably wasn't planned until at least post-WrestleMania season, but here it was.
The awkward finish that gave the world Brad Maddox the non-wrestler, would lead to a steady decline for the Ryback character. Following an ill-advised heel turn six months later, Ryback still hasn't seemed to find his footing.
This year, it is CM Punk who goes into the cell as a babyface with the former WWE champion taking on both Ryback and former manager Paul Heyman.
Fans already saw Heyman in a two-on-one situation that was supposed to result in his comeuppance at Night of Champions, but Heyman went over on Punk thanks to Ryback.
With Heyman now stuck in a cell, expect Punk to finally enjoy a full beating of Heyman following a victory over Ryback.
John Cena's return to the world heavyweight championship picture will almost certainly end with Cena defeating Alberto Del Rio. Cena as a world champion will bolster the ratings and jump start interest in a WWE product that is facing stiff competition on Monday nights.
Money in the Bank winner Damien Sandow exploiting Cena's injury following a win would be the best possible situation for the rising star. Sandow could be made as a top heel by going over John Cena moments after his first win back in the WWE, but consider this scenario a deep sleeper.
The Shield and the Rhodes brothers have reinvigorated both the authority storyline and the tag team division.
If WWE is somehow able to emphasize the tag team championship through all the McMahon-Big Show shenanigans, these championships could finally come back from the dead long term.
Rhodes and Goldust will not hold on to the tag team championships for very long, as revenge won't be too far away for Triple H and Stephanie. A loss at Hell in a Cell shouldn't come as a surprise.
Randy Orton and Daniel Bryan will finally wrestle to an absolute decision unless WWE wants a fan-led mutiny on its hands. Expect a finish from Daniel Bryan and Randy Orton. A pinfall, a submission.
Anything.
Regardless of the finish, as long as somebody's hand is raised and the result sticks past the SmackDown tapings, consider this match a success.
