Royal International Horse Show 2013: Highlighting Wednesday's Top Events
The Royal International Horse Show continues Wednesday with a number of showing and showjumping events.
The show, which takes place at the All England Jumping Course in Hickstead, England, is the oldest horse show in Britain, having started way back in 1907.
For the competitors, the show is a reward for months of training, hard work and qualifications throughout the winter months.
On Friday the show welcomes the FEI Nation's Cup of Great Britain, a qualifying show jumping event ahead of September's world final in Barcelona, Spain.
Here, we take a look at two of the most important events taking place Wednesday.

The Oakley Coachbuilders Grade JC Championship
This prestigious showjumping event involves 24 competitors vying for a place on the podium.
Munsboro Silver Lining, an 11-year-old grey gelding owned by Mandy Hall, will be looking to go one better than its second-place finish at the Squibb Group Pony Foxhunter Second Rounds in May.
Amy Inglis, a 16-year-old from West Sussex, England, rode on that day, and the pair will be reunited at Hickstead.
Inglis and Munsboro Silver Lining had four faults added to their final score last time out, but a time of 46.23 seconds shows they have the speed to compete in Wednesday's first event.
The British Showjumping Business Partnership Novice Championship
Another eye-catching event, The British Showjumping Business Partnership Novice Championship is sure to delight the showjumping enthusiasts at Hickstead.
One to watch is Gibside True Grit, who will be looking to oust 13 other competitors to win the championship.
This time last year, Gibside True Grit, ridden and owned by Michaela Bowling, finished a respectable third in the Novice Stakes.
This year, Bowling will be hoping to improve and emerge victorious in an even more important event.
