Barcelona-Chelsea: Champions League Second Leg Preview
On Wednesday, Barcelona and Chelsea meet in the second leg of their Champions League semifinal at Stamford Bridge, with one of the two teams progressing to the final in Rome.
Last Tuesday, the two teams met in the Camp Nou in Barcelona, where the score ended 0-0. During the game, Barcelona had many great chances, but Chelsea keeper Petr Cech stopped all six shots that were on target. However, Barcelona missed 13 shots, even though they held the ball for 70 percent of the game, and continued to have chance after chance.
Here is a preview of the second leg at Stamford Bridge.

Controversy in Champions League Semi

Projecting Spain's World Cup Squad 🇪🇸
Barcelona
During the first leg, Barcelona dominated the game offensively, enjoying 70 percent of the possession, and having 19 shots on goal.
Over the weekend, they beat La Liga rivals Real Madrid 6-2 at the Bernabéu in Madrid. This will ensure that Barcelona win La Liga this season.
Now, they have another huge game as they head to London to play at Stamford Bridge, and they know that their Champions League dreams could end there.
During this game, expect Barcelona to come and attack, as they know how important an away goal is in a matchup like this.
Also, expect their defence to play a strong game, as they don't want to find themselves in the dilemma of having to play catchup throughout the game.
Finally, Eto'o, Messi, and Henry all need to have great games if Barcelona are to make the final in Rome.
Chelsea
During the first leg, Chelsea was extremely fortunate that Barcelona didn't score a goal, as they were dominated offensively, and Petr Cech was the only reason the tie is still level on aggregate.
Chelsea will have a better game defensively, as Ashley Cole returns from suspension, and that will definitely help out the entire backline.
Guus Hiddink has produced some inspired performances from his team as of late, and they know their Champions League dreams could end at home.
During the game, expect the Blues to have a stronger attack, led by Drogba and Lampard.
Don't expect Chelsea to allow Barcelona to run all over them again, but also don't expect Petr Cech to play as well as he did in the Camp Nou, because that will be highly unlikely. If Chelsea can do all of this, they could punch their ticket to the final in Rome.
This game at Stamford Bridge will see two European giants clash with just one going to Rome on May 27.
I expect the match to end 2-1 in Barcelona's favor, mainly because I highly doubt Petr Cech wll produce such a great game performance between the sticks.
Barcelona and Chelsea is a matchup between two giants from Spain and England, and it has already been one great semifinal between the two.
